+ 1 Severe acne, help!!

ad

My gf was running an anavar, primo cycle and decided to throw some eq into the mix. A couple weeks later she started to have some acne but it wasn't severe yet, so we thought nothing of it. She was also manipulating her estro with Nolva tapering for a show we did. Her estro levels may be all messed up so she's going for bloods soon. Now she's off cycle and has decided to stay natural for a while because of this severe acne that she has. She says it's painful, burns and stings. We got some topical cream and oral antibiotic from the dermatologist but it's been a month and things haven't improved much. It's not even really acne anymore they're more like cystic blood blisters that break open and keep coming back!my questions to any who has ever experienced this before is:

How long before the pain subsides and the blisters begin to heal?

How bad is the scarring after it heals?

I be heard it takes a few months to heal but has anyone had the pain for a long time like several months?

Any advice would be awesome

Thanks

I've found legit pharmacy accutane if ur interested

inzer777's picture

I know this situation well. Nothing will cure this except accutane imo. she has two choices accutane or this cause no topical cream, soap, wash, laser, or biotic will just clear this up bro. It will get worse and cause more scarring too.. best wishes

Yea they have, and thats exactly why I posted it because I knew there are good people on this site who have experienced a lot of different things. I appreciate everyones input.

Weakclumzoof's picture

sorry to hear your partner is having this problem hopefully now she has stopped the gear it will not take long for this to get better have you or your partner read about the positive effects hgh has on the skin from what i understand women experience it much more than men i am no expert maybe you could ask some of the women who use it for there opinion really hope she is better soon good luck to you both

22gauge's picture

That's some serious shit, I couldn't imagine refusing to take accutane in that situation.

ontime's picture

Hey I feel her pain u can look in my profile pictures I have it almost as bad and I've tried everything from the doc giving me doxycycline and other things to pro active to acne washes. The only thing I've noticed that helps is nizoral shampoo everyday on the affected area and let it soak in for about 3 minsI started about 3 weeks ago and the acne is noticeably smaller but took almost 3 weeks to see any results, I took progress pics on my phone but the acne is still there. I've taken acccutane in the past and it cured my acne for years but just started coming back after I started cycling now I just ordered accutane to get rid of it. Hate to say it but that's the only thing I've had work for me

Engineereddisaster's picture

Looks pretty bad brother, get her to a dermatologist quick, be up front about the juicing and get that treated. I wouldn't worry so much about the accutane sides as Inwould about the acne.
You might also ask abou tetracycline if you are hell bent against the accutane.
But seriously, she's a lady, and needs proper care from a dermatologist.

mjh36's picture

Yea we did and the derma prescribed her topical cream called tazarac and oral mes called axon. It seems to be working slowly. The derma actually already guessed she was using gear and wasn't suprised. I'm always worried about doctors these days and wether they know what the fuck they're doing lol.

Bagman's picture

Just get her some tane ASAP n get process started, ran tane few times with minimal sides, n run a thorough liver cleansing /detox whole time she's on tane ! Fr me I'll give u a legit src so u can get this addressed I would've addressed this loooong time ago

mjh36's picture

I appreciate it man but she refuses to use accutane. She's afraid of it causing birth defects. Is there anything else you would recommend??

irongame427's picture

As long as she doesn't get pregnant on accutane which she can't because they require you to use two forms of birth control, like the pill and condoms lol or immediately after, there won't be birth defects. they say after a month your good but I would wait longer. I found it took about a month and a half for my lips to go back to normal so I guess that was when I finally left my system. I was on tazorac and that shit littearly ruined my skin. Was on it for 4 months and it only continued to get worse. Maybe it will clear as her levels stablize but idk man that doesn't look like a mild case of steroid induced acne. It is very very severe especially on her back. I think she needs the tane. The longer she lets it go on for the worse the scarring is gonna be.

Bagman's picture

Nope she's gonna have to live with it n let it take its course, scarring etc! IMO that's gear gettin outta her system why it got worse ! My wifey takes var n primo n has no acne, I'm thinking the primo might've been test e, it's commonly faked n test e what's n bottle! Accutane stops ur skin from producing oil sense stopping it at the src u gotta attack it at the src no creams or antibiotics will help much IMO this is severe case n u want results serious measures need to be taken so stop it at the src n then healing process can start, i was taking liquid tane for acne n wifey was using same dropper for t-3 so there was always little left n shed get a pimple or 2 guess she got remnants outta dropper now she's clear lol just my .02

mjh36's picture

Ok that's good info thanks. Now we knew the risks going into this, but if the primo turns out to be test, will the andro sides go away at least a little such as the slight facial hair, deep voice, clitoris, etc?? I've heard the voice change is permanent.

Bagman's picture

In my experiences it's all permanent but she doesn't have many cycles under her belt ? She shouldn't have got too many sides with one cycle? I'd get her on tane and get bloodwork done it's only option IMO to correct this but I'm no doc! Any future cycles just mild var,/winny/hgh dosage what I do with my wifey n have primo tested

mjh36's picture

She's only done 3 cycles and one was just 10 mg var and the other two she added the primo. I don't mind any of the sides except the facial hair. Is there any type of hair removal she can get where it won't grow back??

UgtaBkdNme's picture

There is no 100% permanent hair removal, electrolysis is the closest to permanent out there. Lasers are a waste of money.

italian92101's picture

from what i know, primo is faked 90% of time with eq, at low dose can have something of the same effecet as primo, very minimal gains, tight, etc, u might of been giving here double eq in my opinion, also the var would be questionable need to get that stuff tested, dont want this happening again right? sorry for ure girl my remedy in this case would be a cycle of tetracyclene, 500mg a day, for 8 weeks, but get blood work done just in case goodluck man......

Bagman's picture

Dermatologist laser hair removal , I'd research it alittle! For her to get those harsh sides from little var/primo n tad bit of eq makes me question what the compounds really were that's all cuz my wifey running both as we speak n she's clear as a bell

tonytulo's picture

damn bro deff sorry for her. Accutane is where its at, is she still running the compounds?

mjh36's picture

No she stopped them about 5 weeks ago but we dropped the eq out about 7-8 weeks ago because we thought that was what was causeig the acne. She started breaking out after she started using it.

Sumatra_Triangle's picture

doctor up! Get some obama care man!!

This need medical attention!!!

We will pray for her speedy recovery

konig's picture

Seriously brings tears to my eyes, no one should have to suffer like that.. I am no expert on the matter but I would have to say like the others and go with the accutane, a doc might say the same.. Good luck to you both..

mjh36's picture

I know man it's really testing our relationship but she's a strong girl, she'll make it. Thanks for your condolences and everyone below also.

irongame427's picture

Damn, I know how it feels to have acne. I had it bad on my face, chest, shoulders and back and neck. But my back wasn't quite that bad. I'm just gonna tell you about my experience so remember everybody is different . The creams and gels brought my acne from mild, to moderate-severe. I was aware that there is an initial breakout period, but it's only sopposed to last for 2 months. I waited 4 months and it continued to get worse until I stopped. Once I stoped the severity did not change. It stayed severe. Now with the antibiotics. They take roughly 8 weeks before they really start working. And what sucks about them is they only work while you are on them. Once you come off, or your body builds up resistance to them the acne comes back. Accutane is the last option and best option for people with moderate to severe acne like your girlfriend. I would try to get it under a docs supervision. It takes 2-3 month to start working for most people but it's Actualy a cure and most likely won't come back once you stop. It must be taken for 5-6 months for permiant results. Typically around 80mgs a day. The culmulative dose is very important. The least occurance of relapse covered when patients reached a cumulative dose of 125mgs per kg. for me that was around 125000mgs but I went way over that, my doc studied at the hospital the drug was created at in England back in the 80s so he is very comfortable using it. I was on 160mgs for my last 3 months of treatment. In my experience accutane was not harsh on my liver at all. But it was harsh on my lipid profile. After the first month my total went from 160 to 209. The side effects are way over hyped with this drug, in my experience and according to my doctor. As for the scarring mine is slowly starting to fade, but it will probably never totally go away. Your girls is way worse then mine was so I would expect some pretty bad scarring. If you choose to use it on your own without a doctor start low like 20-40mgs for the first month and go up or down from there . Get blood work done before and after the first month. That will give you a good idea of how it affects her body . In my experience the side effects are not dose dependent. My doctor said the same thing. An lastly the recomended dose is .5-1mg per kilo of bodyweigjt. But that's just FDA recommendation. In other counties like the uk try routinely go much higher. If you have any other questions just pm me. But I would strongly advise doing it with a doctor, and it shouldn't be hard as she's a textbook candidate for accutane. In my experience all the creams and antibiotics are a waste of time and shiuld be reserved for people with mild to moderate acne.

mjh36's picture

Thanks for sharing. She is hesitant to use accutane because of the dangers even under a docs supervision and I also read about some sides of accutane that make the acne even worse. I'll see though it might come down to using it. It's mainly the pain that's bothering her, it would be much easier to deal with if the pain wasn't there.

irongame427's picture

Like I said the side effects are WAY over hyped. At 160mgs the only side I had was chapped lips and it wasn't even that bad. The whole lawsuit bullshit regarding chrons and ibs is bullshit it's been disproven. It's a tactic that lawyers use called fishing. There's 300 million people in this country. It's pretty easy to find a good amount of people who have taken the same drug and developed the same disease regardless of it the drug caused it. What in trying say is there people were probably gonna have these problems later on anyways. Millions of people have taken it and a few thousand had problems after it. I'm not sure if I'm being clear about what I'm trying to explain but I had a good experience with it and won't hesitate to use it again if need be. I was like her in the begrnning. I was scared to take it because of what I had heard but now my only regret is not taking it sooner which could have saved me a lot of embarrassment and avoided the scarring.

Broctavius's picture

Actually my biological brother got crohn's disease from it. I didn't not sure why though. Auto immune diseases are tricky, and his onset was 17 months after stopping accutane. We sought litigation against them but the Mensing vs Pliva decision gave immunity to generic drug companies from liability of all claims by patients.

It is an intense drug, and even used correctly can possibly fuck you up. But, thats a risk with anything.

In the case of this girl I would still advise using accutane. Acne scars they really never go away.

irongame427's picture

Well that scares the shit out of me. Wish you wouldn't have told me that lol. Maybe he would have gotten it anyways? It's like what's going I right nor with test replacement lawsuits regarding stroke heart attack. When you have hundreds of thousands of people using it there's a good chance you can find 10 thousand that had the same problem while on it. Finding a few thousand is enough to convince a jury even if it's only .0001% of the users. They most likely were gonna have those problems regardless.

UgtaBkdNme's picture

That looks very painful. Have you tried an antibiotic ointment like neosporen, even a hydrocortizone cream might help with the pain. Once it is completely healed you can use a vitamin c cream to repair the scarring but do not do anything like that until it is completely healed or it will burn horribly.

Bagman's picture

Accutane. 20mg Ed will clear it up I've helped bros with same prob now they're clear as a bell, I mentioned this last time u posted same prob but I guess it fell on deaf ears! I've had probs n past with acne used accutane from ugl now I don't breakout no matter what compound it is or dosage ! And IMO if u don't get on this immediately yes they'll will be scarring hope this helps if u need src. 2-3 day t/a fr me! Btw all these recommendations soaps , tanning . Alcohol pads are gewd ideas but u gotta attack the prob at the src if ur skin isn't producing oil it can breakout right? Accutane stops ur pores from producing oil

glowinthedark's picture

I use panoxyl Foam and take zinc picolinate but using alcohol pads to spot treat acne works the best for me.. If you really want to dry it out go tanning afterwords..

Ok damn that must hurt so bad idk if she'll be up for that :(

glowinthedark's picture

Alcohol pads on acne don't hurt at all I think u should try panoxyl .. If u want to really dry the skin I meant to say go tanning after you've used panoxyl but only do like 2 mins tops in the stand up. This should help

Wow bud, sheesh. I couldn't start to give advice, but I'm sure her levels will normalize and skin get better within 1-2 months. She was a pretty girl without Aas, I wish you guys the best and I'm sorry this even took place, give her my condolences.

Broctavius's picture

Umm accutane. Its acne vulgaris painful cycstic acne. 20mg accutane (isotretinoin) per day till it calms down. And then continue treatment for another 3 weeks after it clears.

The above protocol is only for treatment of acute onset. If acne persists continue accutane treatment 20mg per day up to 6 months. Get triglycerides check and wear sunscreen everyday.

This is a serious condition by the way witch hazel body wash I guarantee nothing will help. This is one of the few times I would seriously consider a full 6 month course at 20mg per day. This is borderline severe acne which is no joke.

mjh36's picture

The past 4 months have been rough for us :(

mjh36's picture

I would do that but she can't even touch her back because of the pain. The thought of scrubbing her back would make her cringe.

SL's picture

My wife gets a few of these only like 1-2 at a time and they last along time but they do go away, nolva wouldnt mess with her estro it just blocks the receptor sites at the breast but when she came off all that gear i image her estro went through the roof and eq stays in you forever lol. scarring would many come if you pick at them if not they should subside over time. best luck
