What are you thoughts on them? I went to one last week. They took blood, vitals, body weight. They are doing a standard 500 test e with HCG. But he says he doesnt cycle off. Is that standard?

200 test cyp or cyp/prop blend
*i divide dose into 100 2x wk
250 HcG 2x week
AI at .5 2x wk
Sermorelin/ghrp2 30 mcg nightly
They have 2000 clients nationwide.
Pre bloods mandatory to qualify and ever 3-6 mo.
500 seems awfully high.
What happens if you want to stop?
He said he wants to get my test levels to about 600-700. Blood test every month.
The 500 was my mistake. It was 200
HRT/TRT clinics will prescribe Higher weekly MG doses of Test vs a General Practitioner. According to a GP, test levels in the 400's is normal for a 35-40 yr old. I'm currently >1500 with my clinics prescribed Test P. They also normally offer other compounds such as Deca.

I've been my clinic for many years. 500mgs weekly does sound a tad bit high though. They normally prescribe Arimidex (anastrozole) also with Test.
My concern here is that i just checked the OPs stats... he says he is 267lbs but zero BF% listed..... he also mentions down below he will go ahead with his previously planned cycle!.... i need to know what that cycle consists of and a current BF% before anyone sends him to painsville.

Weeks 1-12 500 mg of Testosterone Enanthate, biweekly injections (250mgx2).
Weeks 1-2 Testosterone Propionate 100mg EOD
Weeks 2-4 Testosterone Propionate 50mg EOD
Weeks 1-12 50mg Proviron ED
Weeks 1-12 Adex at .5mg day of Injection (unless you know your dose). So twice a week you dose.
Weeks 1-13.5 hCG at 150 IU 3 times a week right up until 4 days before PCT.
Week 6 get blood work done to verify your AI dosage as well as your overall health.
Week 14 start PCT: Clomid 100/50/50/50 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20/10
8 weeks AFTER PCT check your levels with blood work to make sure you recovered.
Why hcg ON cycle and NOT while doing PCT?

500mg would be considered a cycle. Doing continuing bloodwork is a must for Test and Estro levels. A TRT dose that a GP would prescribe would be much less and normally it's one shot every 2 weeks if my memory is correct. What a GP considers a normal test level at 38 is much different than a TRT/HRT clinics protocol.
The TRT said it was a low range.
Correct. TRT/HRT clinic considers that low while the GP sees it in the "normal" range according to current Med Standards I assume.
500 is a cycle bro........ something defo outa whack here.

500mg is way high my trt i stay on all the time at 130-150mg a week I never come off.
Some clinics are a bit shady and will let you get beast I have tell mine than Im not ready for a blood test
and they will push it a month out so I can let my test levels go back down they dont say it but they know.

"They" who is they? Standard 500mg weekly with hcg is not trt as people said below and you say he doesn't cycle off. Who is he?......this is very confusing

Mabye for a whole month split into 4 doses sounds appropriate actually

TRT is life long so there is no cycling off, and 500 a week isn't TRT it's a cycle! Have you seen a Dr to determine if you need TRT or are you self prescribing yourself?
I went to a doctor to get checked out because I was experiencing a few things. She thought maybe it was a thyroid issue. It was wasnt. Went and did a blood test with test being at 405. (age 38) I went and talk to this guy at the clinic after she was talking about using a gel. He is calling me know. Let me get all the info.
408 at 38 is still in normal range. Im 31 and came in at 290. I technically am a candidate for trt. So I am prescribed 200mg of cyp once a week. 500mg is alot and that doc is just trying to push out product.
