Cloudy deca from naps!

Received deca promo from naps today but when I opened it up one of the vials was ultra cloudy. Tried heating it up in hot water. Acted like it was clearing up but nope. It's weird too because they are all from the same batch. Hoping naps will fix.

I had a similar situation, it was bricked, not cloudy or anything, rock solid. Not from Naps.
But it requires two to three hot baths to bring it back, each time too.
