Cialis users - How much do you use?

Just been wondering. . . . . I use to take 10mg preworkout, but recently stopped just because I don't know how it will effect me in the long run.
i get my Cialis from overseas Indian pharmacies. Is that shit dosed properly? Not that I expect anyone to truly know, but what do you think?

I would like to trust what I ingest however I came to the realization that I'm not 100% sure of what I'm putting in my body. I like Cialis as well but I know its not doctor prescribed and more than likely its underdosed or who knows what.

What's your purpose for taking it I take 5mg a day when my bp is high on cycle then just continue until a few weeks past pct
