need help with acne

Ok i need some advise! i was on 30m of var for about 4 or 5 weeks with great results regarding strength and no side effects. Then i started NPP and Nolvadex about 5 weeks ago and for the last 2 or 3 i have been breaking out and its just getting worse. I quit NPP and Nolvadex on friday. I just cant stand it it is painful and ugly,it is hard because i had very clear skin before starting.
Do i need to stop var or reduce amount or will it clear without stopping?
How long will it take to clear up?
Is there anything i can use to help clear my skin? I hsve tried all the drug store options.

I am only on Var and it's my first cycle but I keep the acne in check using a clear sonic best invention ever for skin care IMO and I do a facial mask once a week. If it's body acne clear sonic has a body attachment you can buy as well. Hope this helps!
What is it exactly? Where do u get it?
It's an exfoliating brush. You can buy different types of machines and brushes. There is an acne one it's a lot gentler for the sensitive skin. I got mine on sale at Nordstrom but I'm sure they can be found on Amazon too. It's on the pricy side but well worth it. I got compliments on my skin from the point I started using it. I found cheap replacement brushes in groupon.
