Hey guys. As I feel safely anonymous I can tell you all I have PTSD . I avoid caffeine ... Clen... AlbuterL... Etc because it aggravates my badassery. I wanted to make this thread to tell you what works for me every time and I hope I'm not drab.

*caloric deficits. - What dose tech support ask you when you call cause your computer has a "non porn" wink wink related virus? ... They ask you if your international smut observer is plugged in. What an ass hole. Well I'm that asshole. You abiding by a caloric deficit diet? ... Are you sure?

  • elliptical @ level 4. Keep it at a pace where you can hold a conversation with the person beside you. This will pull steady energy from your stored fat with out taxing or diminishing your muscle for energy. I can't remember what the name of that enzime is.. Any hep would be great. This works the best for me as I have a serious back injury so I don't jump rope a lot.

  • jump rope! This is high energy Involved burnage. I first could only do about 40 seconds at a time. But I worked up to a minute at a time with a minute break between sets. I never counted sets because I just did them for 30 minutes. How ever it needs to be in my logs. I dropped from 220 to 190 in a month doing this with out any aids except for.....

*flax seed oil! Flax seed oil is awesome. It's rumored that when frank Zane was nursing as an infant (and well into his adult life, I'm sure) his moms penis pinchers were filled with muscle milk and flax seed oil! I'm about to get real bro science... You wanna fill them little buckets of fat with good fat from this oil. This tells your body..." yo dawg... We gots our quota fer our phats! We can flush this other shit away" and your body responds by saying....." sir.. Pull your pants up. Your look n like a fool with your pants on the ground....". Which reminds me.,, I hate the mall. I hate going to the mall to get ripped off by gnc. I hate going to the mall to be ripped off by gnc all the while I'm behind these slow ass , pants on the ground , groupe of four or five grown men texting and waddling cause there knees are restricted by the belt that doesn't do it's job! Once I phiysically move this guy cause him and his swaggy friends were all penguin in that bitch. He said......... "ah, my bad man..." I turned and said " you're damn right" . I was not on cycle. I just hate stupid people.

*Exploit your largest muscles!!!

I always do level 4 elliptical cardio after muscle training as I have trouble with my focus reserves. I only have so much focus so I try to expend it when I carefully train the largest muscles in my body (while cutting). We're talking the three muscles that make up your gluteus and the muscles in your thighs. I use to place my feet like so.... \ . / so that my toes were out ward when I squatted. This builds the outer round part ofnyournass ...... The point is that muscle burns calories during the day ... Bigger muscles equal bigger caloric cuts.
*
WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! When you train a muscle... Train the opposite muscle equally so that you grow semmetrically (spelling? Who cares , I'm hot like southern summers is) When you see guys at the beac hunched over...they are hunched because they train in the mirror too much. Working in what they see... Tightening the front while the back is loose and under developed.
My advice... Wear a big hoodie there. Put your horse blinders on and do controlled (no momentum based lifting , you're cheating your self and it bad for your joints). Don't look at your self shirtless for a month.

* Use elliptical AFTER because it will get your blood circulating so that you flush out the lactic acid and torn muscle fibers you've produced while training. I'm never ever ever sore the next next day since I started doing this.

*watering hole .......
Cold water = caloric burn
Warm/room temperature = a full satisfied feeling.
Makes ya feel like you don't have to eat the 500 lb gazelle you've just decapitated with your werewolf claws.

These are just a few things that always help me and I hope help you.

i used intermittent fasting and high intesity intervals on stair master for 20 min after every workout for the last time i wanted to lose the winter bulk bodyfat. dropped 20 lbs in about 7 weeks lost some strength but looked stronger and better. i havnt done a bulk because i like my abs lol. when i do the fasting i simply dont eat in the morning and i am usually not hungry in the morning so it comes natural and easy for me. i understand this might be harder if you are geared up with the appetite increases. just thought id throw in what has worked for me. great post

yah i have ptsd. I stopped caring. Its normal for me, and once I accepted it I became happy again.
I once lost 70lbs in two months doing nothing but water and athletics.

How was your diet though, under 100g carbs a day, high natural fat and high protein? Really curious.

Hello good sir. I had just enough of everything to fit my biological need with a modest caloric Drop. I drank a gallon of water every day though out the day.
quality food, or organic food will yeild best results as you can eat far less of it to get the ammount of protein you need while reducing coloric intake. this makes up for the price difference as well.
I dont recomend this to every one, but i found it worked in a pinch for me as i dont have insurance... every nickle is spoken for that i took about 70 of my protien needs first and built around that with meals. Something that also helped me tremendiously was Holy basil tea. it clears your lymphatic system and gives you blank hormone. (hormone that can be used by your body to replicate a hormone its most lacking in. SO good for pct aid and all round plesant, calming experience/ritual. I become very focused... as your lymphatic system is your third eye.
I will also tell you that lost 38 lbs in 4 weeks. Not all of that was body fat but my results speak for them selfs. How i wish .. i wish sooooo hard i haddnt missplaced that diet log! It was alot of fat and water and MINIMAL muscle loss. VERY MINIMAL MUSCLE LOSS. Detoxing is so important in this life of constant poisoning every where you buy food. but anyways. Sorry it took so long to answer. Physical therapy is killing me man. My new tens unit came in and after using it i cried like a werepup.
You hold your emotions in your back... well damn, im on a particular antideppresent to keep me from physicly crying from the pain. So that tells me this thing is working and im thankful for it and also the help, encurragement, information and LOL's from you guys on this board.

I'm bi polar type two. Al ways degrees of lows. But my best friend is bi polar.mall natural. Also fucks the shit out of caffeine. And nicotine patches.m(he's never been a smoker or drug user) but he uses it to help his dopamine receptors and his dreams are insane . I've seen mania in him and other bi polar 1's and I couldn't imagine that he'll. To laugh so hard against your will? Exhausting!!!!!!!

I've been insomniac since about 4 yrs old. Awake four , twenty four hour days of the week. Also PTSD related. Was on Prozac at age 14 ....so much floride.... Soo much..... On and off literally dozens of meds which has caused permenant nerve damage..... So I was prescribed ambian. STAYAWAY. Well but it this way....my lawer never knew about the black out sides of ambian. She says... (very self indignantly I might add...) "the worst I've done is try to run a proceeding at the foot of my bed... My boy friend always put me back to bed". ... So I asked her what if her boy friend wasn't there? Won the case. To be clear I didn't hurt or victimize any one....exactly. ... Haha. But that's all I'll say about it.
I tried disp . (delta induces sleep peptide) as a sub q injection before bed with great results. It doesn't put you to sleep, but when you get there, it's all delta sleep for those of us with limited sleeping hours... Each must count.... And now every one does. My sleep pattern has improved greatly and I would highly recommend it. Also helps in the release of Hgh and recovery. That's my experience with disp

A few years ago, my friend said he ran on the treadmill at level 9 and couldn't cut the weight! "I pretend I'm chasing god with a butcher knife" I believe was his exact words. I tried explaining it to him but it didn't take. He got a trainer. The type that will work you on edge of dangerous doing land mines, and like work outs your first session so you feel more out of shape than you are . So obviously the will rescue you. I was in a gym some years back and I had to interject when a trainer was dangerously over working an over weight young lady. No form. She was just swinging shit. He apologized and I walked out to a big fat parking tickit on my bike beside 4 other bikes that didnt, which were parked on the private side walk. Where we alway park. ..... So you're dead on! Slow the roll to flip that switch! Haha

Trainers nowadays couldn't find their ass with both hands. Smh. They got folks on cardio before weights to "prime their system" when that theory made by parillo or poloquin some 25yrs ago is the opposite. Musvles burn only sugars/carbs during weight training. "primeing the system" is burn that carb load with muscle building then like you've stated...steady roll the treadmill/eliptical. If carbs are gone and your working those at fat burning pace...your body is forced to burn fat since sugars are gone. High five for serving sir! Im sure it was beyond wild!
