+1 for getting up and changing your life. At the peak of my health disaster I was about 325lbs and now I'm at 209.6lbs! If your diet and training is on everything else will fall into place. I still have a ways to go until I'm below 200lbs but it will happen. I hate certain fruits and veggies hate em with passion horrible taste all the way down lol I was taught by someone on here how to blend them together into drink so all I have to do is chug it down and not worry about chewing or tasting it for very long and it has helped greatly. Something that has also helped me drop several inches is the addition of flax seed which I have in the mornings. Fiber has helped me digest food better and not to be crude but it has made bowel movements more comfortable. They even make these Fiber gummies that if you don't want to mess with flax seed each gummy contains like 2-3mg of fiber and their almost like fruit gushers. I also have a few other things I can show you that will help you with the weight loss. I'm not where I should be but I've come a long way and would like to help you and see you achieve your goal! I sent you a FR!
Bro, right now im trying to add weight (MASS) I was at 176lbs at my lowest. I know this may sound crazy but im shooting to be around 250lbs and ripped Ive always wanted to be a bodybuilder but life happened and my dreams took a backseat for a while. My goal is in 3 to 5 yrs to be one big dude However, I am willing to listen to any advice bro
I think the hardest think for me is to see someone come in the gym and I see the discouraged look on their face not knowing where to start so they wonder from equipment to equipment.
I feel so obligated to show them they need to start small but so many people expect instant results. I have seen so many people with good intentions walk out and never return..
The biggest thing that everyone needs to understand is what food to eat and why?? Once I learned how food worked and what it done, things started to happen for me! I learned that less food is not better but that eating less hindered my gains and weight loss. Hell, I bet I eat 2-3 times what i used to eat before just different foods and more times a day..
What im saying here is even if you look like a god Be willing to lend some knowledge!! You may just change someones life and they in turn will do the same!
Dedication and determination personified. That is some impressive shit right there. You should be very proud of yourself. The body u want already belongs to you, just continue to reveal the beast. +1
Good luck man and thanks for the add.
