+ 1 Chocolate brownie Greek yogurt Sunday with Almonds!! another sweet tooth buster!!
I just put this concoction together today.. I am always looking for healthy alternatives for things that taste good that I can fit in my macros. Here's what I made and let me tell you it is off the chain, the healthy chain of course. I ate it for a meal today and it was awesome.
- 1 cup of fat free fage plain greek yogurt with 3 packs of Splenda.
- 22.5 grams raw Almonds.
- THE KICKER !! 1 Quest Chocolate Brownie Protein bar.
Mix the yogurt, splenda, almonds and break the bar up into chunks into the mixture and enjoy..
It's like a healthy brownie sunday... lol..
Macros:
1 cup plain Fage Greek yogurt -130 cals, 0 fat, 9 carbs, 23 grams protein
22.5 grams of raw Almonds - 135 cals, 11.2 g fat, 4.5 carbs, 4.5 pro
1 Quest Chocolate brownie bar -170 cals, 6 g fat, 24 g carbs (19 g fiber), 20 g Pro
Total
Cals - 435 cals, 18.5 net carbs, 17.2 g fat. 47.5g Protein

That sounds good as hell bro, I am going to have to try that out. I just stocked my fridge up with Fage Greek yogurt, It is the best tasting brand and it was on sale this week.
It's good .. Trust me! I am always trying to be creative so I don't get board and still fit my macros..
