Steroid use and young men
Some of you younger guys are not going to like what I have to say, but please read nonetheless.
I remember when I was 18....old enough to get killed from military service, but too young to have a drink. That scenario used to really piss me off. However, as I have gotten older, I understand why.
I am a pro steroid guy. I like gear. I love, love love training. Bodybuilding, and martial arts. At my age, I could not do an hour and 20 minutes of very hard core lifting, followed up with 30 minutes Boxing/Muay Thai on the heavy bags. I teach Krav and Jui jitsu, and the young kids always want to test me out. Don't let anyone fool you, size and strength make a difference, that is why the UFC has wight classes. The training is brutal, and at 50 I could not hang with out gear.
If used responsibly, steroids can and will greatly enhance your life.
Having said that, I am opposed to men who are under the age of 25 using gear.
You see, the male endocrine system does not fully mature until 25. Peak testosterone lasts until 27, but you only lose about 1-2% every year. Why not enjoy that?
When steroids are introduced to an immature endocrine system, the possibilities of permanent damages are heightened. For example, say you start cycling at 19. You jump right into the deep end for your second cycle, running test, tren, and d bol. You eventually start running pct's, however once off SERMs, your natural production never fully comes back. By the age of 28, you are on trt.
Imagine meeting the girl of your dreams, and ending up in a situation where she is going to let you enter the promised land. Unfortunately, you have to tell her you need a shot of test, and ask to reschedule in 48 hours.
Now it is true, I am on trt...if I want to bang my wife Saturday, I will do a shot of test Thursday night...but hey, I am as old as a tree. It also takes about 48 hours of begging on my part so its really no big deal.
But for a younger man?
Now there are probably a bunch of you that started running gear at 23-24, and you are fine after a pct. But the further away you are from 25, the greater your chances of compromising your endocrine system.
Enjoy your youth, you can be natural and still make good gains. Try your best to get as close to 25 as you can before coming over to the dark side.

OK.....ive had enough of this thread now!...... the bragging contest is soon becoming a fkn bar brawl.......................... GENTLEMEN!... THIS is NOT what eroids is all about!...... if any of you care to take the time to do a search/background check on the OP will soon realise thathe is trying to build a following for what will be the inevitable.............. 3 guess s....... DUHH!.. yeah you got it!
take a look at his other post guys and be the judge. this guy needs to move on and go try and scam other people and not us.
http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/workout-exercise/how...
Bro,
I guess I'm just confused. In simple English what is this all about? I keep reading and reading and I can't figure it out.
Kind regards,
GearHead
I'm going to add to this conversation from the same scientific route.
The male endocrine system levels off at the age of 24. At 25 starts the slow descent. At 27 you are just about ready for the slalom ride.
I am also on TRT; but if I want to bang my wife I just bang her; I don't take a trt dose then wait 2 days. That is a very odd TRT you are on; aren't you taking a weekly dose or at least splitting it up?
If you are heavily relying on gear to accomplish your goals; do you maybe think it's time to rethink your goals? You are disguising something here with your smoke and mirrors. You are advocating gear as an end all for everything; like a 1860's snake oil peddler especially when you added the statement and I quote "If used responsibly, steroids can and will greatly enhance your life." Well fuck! I'm a naive 19 year old that wants to try the exciting enhancer you just sold me!
I do agree though about the youngsters not trying this out yet. They very well should not but there's an ass for every seat.
BetterOnTopAlthough this is still a theory and hasnt been proven I agree with you 100%. From my perspective trt is a small price to pay in the eyes of those who desire to be a beast. We are all human and will grow old and deteriorate. That wheel chair is in each and everyone of our futures. You just have to choose which path are you going to take to get to that wheel chair. A long safe and boring one. Or a fulfilling and enjoying one. I personally hate the term YOLO, but for this topic I think it fits perfectly. So you can all go ahead and bash me call me an immature idiot for having a passion and pursuing my dream but the ones who are crazy enough to think they can make a change in this world are the ones who do.
Ahhh.... No AGE in stats (surprise surprise!) This is what I mean by youth = DUMBASS LOL!
How about a HEALTHY one with functioning organs and a joystick that works... Pursuing your dreams are great lil bro but a healthy grounding in reality is BETTER! Those of you seeking PRO CARDS are to be commended but the reality is they are elusive as becoming a ROCK STAR or a MOVIE STAR, The only difference being is that when reality kicks in for the musician or the actor that they weren't of the .5% to "make it" they are not riddled with organ failure, thyroid problems and a broken AXIS as direct result of pursuing there dreams
THOSE WHO TRULY CHANGE THE WORLD ARE THOSE THAT BREAK THE CYCLE OF REPEATING HISTORY
Biologic1And lets keep in mind one important fact: Getting a pro card is NOT an automatic ticket to wealth. Only the top guys make a good living. The rest make enough to cover their drugs, not much more.
Granted, starting a supplement or clothing line can equal money but a pro card is only a part of the equation.
I am prepping an IFBB pro right now who has a thriving personal training business, but his success is mostly because his wife is an excellent businesswoman.
I encounter misguided youth everyday. I usually end up negotiating a compromise. For example, I have a kid who I am prepping for physique (don't give me shit guys, I tried to get him to do bodybuilding). He just turned 23. He is the top salesman in the region for a Gym chain. He was just promoted, and will be a GM (IE making well into the 6 figures) by the time he is 25. He wants a physique title because it will advance his career. Kid is extremely driven and ambitious.
I started training him when he was 22. He asked repeatedly for me to put him on cycle. I tried to buy time by promising him if he would train 1 year natural, do one drug tested show, I would then put him on.
That worked for a while, but eventually he got his hands on some gear and said he was going on regardless of what I wanted. I would rather have him on my gear, and personally handling his AI/SERM/pct/and health needs than him running in the dark.
Kid trains really hard, cooks and packs up all his food. His life rotates around his training and goals. He had 2 little hotties after him, and he picked one because she was better for his training goals.
I am prepping her for bikini, although she may have too much muscle. She cooks, packs food and essentially does everything she can to help him achieve his goals. If she did not, she would be gone. That is exactly the right mindset.
So, in his case, cycles are probably going to translate into a lot of money. I put him on a test only cycle, but as he transitions into his contest prep, he wants more. He has been bugging me about tren. He eventually fell back on the "I am using regardless of your advice" strategy. I negotiated a compromise, and put him on 200 mgs of my tren e a week. The explicit agreement was not to exceed that amount.
Well guess what: He is not returning my phone calls now. I know it is because he has increased his tren and does not want to hear me chew him out.
Keep this lesson in mind, young men. Don't believe the bullshit line of "I am only doing one cycle, then I am out." You won't do just one cycle. You will want more. Get your training and diet on point. You will continue to make gains if you are under 25. You don't need steroids to get pussy. Train hard, eat right and work on your game, and the pussy will come. I would trade being on cycle and 51 for 25 and natural any day.
sounds heaps smart you can have tren e at 200 a week coz your going to anyway....... why not give him the harshest compound available smh.
BetterOnTop"THOSE WHO TRULY CHANGE THE WORLD ARE THOSE THAT BREAK THE CYCLE OF REPEATING HISTORY"
Couldnt have said it better myself
Fuckn smart mouth comments to real brothers wont rub with me you fkn tosser........ get to fuck.
Bro, I know you can't just do bans all day cause it would be full time, but the place seems to be piling up with a bunch of weirdos. When you're out for a while and you come back to it you can really see it. If I'm wrong I'm sure u will tell me, if not, I wish I were smart enough to give u the "answer" but I don't know exactly what it is . . .
Yes they will. With the amount of information available within seconds today and the access all of us have to each other, there is no reason at all that gear should be doing anything other than contributing to our athletic goals and making us happier and more successful.
We've been banging this drum for years along with the physiological facts but unfortunately one of the major side effects of youth is DUMBASS!!
56tooLMAO. Ooooh those were the good ole days !
RustyhookerBout time i read sensible info from you. I scoured your other site and shook my head.
This post makes sence and very correct! High five!
Biologic1Did you read my piece on retaining muscle mass? I do hope we can put our differences aside (just understand that I will never recommend running EQ alone). I have been bodybuilding for 38 years, and training and teaching Martial arts for 17, counting high school wrestling. I have 21 years of experience with PED's.
I do cycles for MMA athletes, and always use EQ (increases conditioning).
CENSORED
I do admit I can be arrogant, but the bottom line is I really do want to help people, especially young guys who cannot see past their immediate horizons..
watch it bro had a "pied piper" feel to it
Biologic1Ah, yes. Thank you.
So where did you get your information on how to give cycle advice to MMA athletes? I would have imagined EQ is not a good idea for those athletes especially considering how long the esther stays in your system as well as the massive increase in RBC even at low doses. Especially considering how long most matches go for and the increased heart rate that causes exhaustion. Anything else you add to their arsenal?
Biologic1An increase of RBC/Hematocrit dramatically INCREASES your cardio capabilities. More RBC's=more oxygen for your had pressed muscles. Of course a HEM level over 51 means an increased chance of stroke (increased RBC's mean blood is thicker) and other undesirable cardiac events.
My preffered cycle started with my own experience as a combat athlete. I did my last BB show 20 years ago.I wanted to do something safer, lol, so I got into BJJ (have a belt from one of the Gracies, ran an affiliated academy). Got into boxing, trained with the Cus Dammato camp...Cus trained Mike Tyson, Karate, and Muay Thai.
I had a successful amateur career. but never fought pro. I have trained with more than 20 pros.
I was good enough to turn pro, but honestly. I would have been a mediocre pro, with a 500 record.
However, I do know what cycles work best. Most importantly, one has to keep in mind that they are "FIGHTERS, NOT BODY BUILDERS!!!" Doing 3 grams of gear a week will KILL your cardio.
The main purpose of gear is to aid recovery and performance. MMA training is brutal, you do an hour and a half of striking, an hour of groundighting, and hour of wrestling and extra conditioning on top of everything. You will overlain w/ out the gear. Too much gear and you will compromise cardio especially if you use tren.
When I was competing in grappling and kickboxing, (I fought at 215....would never make weight if I did a heavy cycle). I ran 400 test, 300 eq, and 10-20 mgs of Halotestin before raining or fighting. Tyson used Halo, btw. Halo made me meaner than a snake. I also would not tap and have a broken leg and steel plates in my head to show for it. Don't be stupid like me guys, tap if you get caught!
That combo, sometimes less, was the sweet spot for me. I was still bodybuildin 3-4 days a week, and training in martial arts 3-4 days a week. No way could my body of handle that much training naturally.
My best student ever....kid was a prodigy, won the Blue belt division at the Pan Ams after only 7 months of training, then the purple division after 14 months of training. It normally takes 5 years to evenn get va purple, an that is for someone with good natural ability.
Kid was also a very technical striker. He could have been one of the top 5 heavyweights in the world.
Unfortunately, he ran way, way to much gear (3 grams a week). and would gas by the second round. That, and other bad decisions ruined his career.
In regards to testing, most fighters don't get tested. Once you move into the big leagues like the UFC, then yes testing is an issue. You should have dropped EQ and Deca long ago. And you know if you are winning titles in lower level associations that you may get the call, so drop the above.
I do not coach beating a drug test. I tell guys who want to juice, and still compete in drug tested shows to stop being a D bag.
On the other hand, for the UFC you could run orals and low dosed test. Cut the orals 3 weeks out, and keep the test @ 300 or less, depending on your size. You have to stay beneath the 6-1 test to epitest ratio. I believe HCG will manipulate the ratio your favor. Does the UFC test for GH?
quite the resume, why not start a thread in off topic section? that way you can talk about how great you are with out self promoting ..... you want to talk mma ? i call bs.... grappling and kick boxing or just muay thai?? krav maga ... list the 5 main forms without googling them... mentioning the words competition and coaching and pro etc dont mean shit.. you earn respect here by wealth of knowledge and contributing.
Biologic1I was ranked 5th in he Country in the North American Grappling Association.
I have a black belt in Japanese Jui jitsu, and blue from Renzo Gracie. I wrestled varsity in High School for 3 years. My main boxing coach was Peter Allindo, a student of Cus D'Amato's. I trained in Kyokushin Karate with Shidokan champ Matt Ives. I trained in Muay Thai with Kru Pong. I trained in Kickboxing with Mike Altman. I helped him prep for his fight with Kung Le. I have done a decent amount of Judo as well.
I have a level 2 cert in Krav. My latest passion is for FMA's (Kali, Escrima) I love love love stick fighting, and am addicted to flow drills.. I train with the knife as well. I also train regularly with handguns, and a posses a chl. Krav is essentially a mixture of various martial arts. You are only as good as your training. There are an unlimited combination of styles. And honestly, my advice is to go with he specialists: One year of just BJJ, one year of just Muay Thai, etc. But Krav is hot right now, and that is what people pay for.
However, lets be perfectly clear: My main purpose in life is to be kind, loving, and helpful. The biggest lesson I have gotten from martial arts is to be part of the solution, not he problem. This lesson is particularly critical if one conceal carry's a gun.
If someone flips you off, you tell them to have a nice day. Someone cuts you off, don't sweat it. Realize that people do stupid things, and it has nothing to do with you. The guy who cut you off is late to work, and his boss said one more time and he would be fired.
Keep that mind set. By empathizing, your grief level will stay in check and you will be happier.
lmao... im not biting into any of this...... aas websites are few and far between... info can be cross checked. im not one for listing names mate, im ozzie bro, i was taught by a guy by the name of bob jones... also if your farmiliar with gen tec, the guy i train with has a photo on main site.... yes omg hes sponsored... wow... lol
Biologic1Checked it out, cool. It is an organization in Aust. yes? Did you fight in it? The best description of MT is "8 limbs" (fists, knees, elbows, and feet). Boxers have better hands, but If I could only pick 1 martial art for striking, it would definitely be MT.
I tell my students "do not clinch with a MT guy, get out fast". I have had full facial reconstruction thanks to a knee.
I have been teaching the Russian 2 on 1, which was originally a wrestling move, to escape the clinch.
Of course you always first try to pummel inside, but a good MT guy makes that difficult.
Reach up inside his clinch, and grab his right hand (on the left side of your neck) with your right hand.
Your left hand grabs his lower triceps. With both hands secure, rotate your body hard to the right. Doing so should put your left shoulder, with all your body weight, against his left arm. That is the key. If you only use your arms, you will not break the clinch. Your body will. Done properly, his right arm should be locked with your chest pressing down on it, and you right hand holding his wrist. You have a couple of choices. You could take him down (which is how this move is implemented in wrestling) or, you could use a side clinch, grabbing his head, and driving knees into it.
yes i fought 3 bouts, im more of a snaking hand guy, get in and smash sternums with knees, jab out follow through with a right push kick then back in close to break jaw with elbow. i train muay thai and zen do kai, had brown belt in go kam ru at age 12.. last year of primary school... tae kwodo... on and off for a couple of years, bjj i do twice a week straight after a thai class, been to krav maga on and off also.. israel milatary fighting.. nothing i didnt learn in jail, anyone can kick someone in the nuts, technical boxing 3 months private tuition just to sharpen up hands also learned wing chung while in jail from a lifer.... so you see your not alone... but no 1 cares mate prove yourself then talk it up.
Very interesting; in my "neck of the woods" a little south of me I have some really good friends who are into MMA (but everyone is nowadays am I right?) The last thing they would add to a cycle is EQ. The negs far outweigh the minimal increase in endurance. I see some items being thrown around and will not say what they are as I am not as dumb as you may think. On another side note you continue to say without gear you could never accomplish what you can at your age. There are a shit ton of people out there even older then you not on aas and run circles around us both. BUT this is the internet; I can tell you I own 4 lamborghinis and a mansion in Prague. I would also NEVER coach people to use aas, To say you trained Tyson, that was a big reach on your part. I co trained Hugh Jackman for his role in Wolverine, without an aas. that should be impressive right? What I am saying is I am not impressed by degrees, properties you own, skills you may or may not have achieved. I judge a man by his words and his actions, and by how they handle themselves. You are a very good writer but I am not convinced by a long shot yet.
Biologic1Reading comprehension, my friend. I never said I trained Tyson.
I was trained by a stablemate of Mikes, "PI." PI lived at Cus' place, in fact his room was next to Mikes. Cus D'Amato's camp was in the Catskills. The Catskills are halfway between NYC, and Albany .
There are a lot of Cus' old students in Albany, and I trained w/ those guys. I got my ass handed to me by an old sparring partner of Mikes'.
I teach some boxing when I teach Krav, but these are average people w/ no skill set. They learn a lot from me, as I am a stickler for fundamentals. However, I am in no way qualified to teach elite boxers.
And where are these shit ton of 51 year olds who can role for 20 minutes strait and tap out guys half their age?
Oh, and thank you for he compliment on my writing.
At my gym there are 2 older gentlemen; about 53 and 58 respectively; One of them leg presses 800 pounds; squats roughly 500. The other goes to almost every aerobics class at my gym AND lifts weights as well. he also STILL boxes! Thats fkn amazing. That old man is my uncle and he never picked up a needle his whole life and will run circles around my ass. I know where the catskills are my friend; that's almost my backyard. I'm from New England. I also used to box golden gloves out of Holyoke, MA and trained with Duke; I'm sure you heard of him especially if you were at D's camp. You know Duke STILL boxes at his age? I don't care for MMA or that kickboxing shit myself; I like the good old fashioned get close to me and I'll tear your fkn head off. I drive the turnip truck ;)
Biologic1Is your uncle still sparring? I hope not. Sparring is necessary to put everything together, but all the emerging scientific evidence is overwhelming that head shots are much more dangerous than we thought.
When I was sparring, you get dropped, you then get back up and keep fighting. We know now that that is very, very bad fo you. I sparred 3 years total, and they were wars back in the Ghetto in Albany. And I have some pretty serious memory issues. I remember every detail of a scientific debate from 20 years ago, but if I get up and go into another room to get something, I will forget what it was.
Peter had very serious pugilistic dementia. Poor guy was a mess.
In MMA, you get dropped, your take another head shot and the fight is over. In boxing, they give you an 8 count to get it together, and then you are ready for more head shots. Very bad for you.
Don't get me wrong, I love boxing. You just have to limit the head shots.
You said "I don't care for MMA or that kickboxing shit myself; I like the good old fashioned get close to me and I'll tear your fkn head off. I drive the turnip truck ;)"
You do understand it is he other way around. In boxing, you get to the clinch and the ref separates you. In MMA or street fighting (I always gear training to he latter) fighting continues. Dirty boxing=holding someones head (illegal in boxing) and reigning elbows and upper cuts on them. From the clinch I am going to start delivering viscous knee shots. We train eye gouging, head butting even biting. I probably have my blade out too.
BTW, a word of advice: If a little 140 lb Filipino takes a knife out RUN. They are deadly (I know, I train with them).
The 2 50 plus year olds sound awesome. However, it is one thing to lift a heavy weight, and another altogether to grapple or spar in boxing for 20 minutes straight.
I'm just going to come out and say this to you for your own good. This thread comes across as you bragging about your achievements. Not sure it's meant that way, but that's how many will perceive it.
I'm sure you won't like that, it's actually not meant to offend you or cause conflict, the guys here will tell you that's not my style. You're new here and trying to establish yourself. Are you sure this is the image you want?
Original post was good btw.
This is fun, I am enjoying this. Honesty is the best thing especially since you have nothing to gain by lying.
lol, you have your blade out too..... lol are you ok? your unstable mate... stats and cycle history?? sounds like a kid putting on a front....
sounds like self promoting
I ran 19nor androstiendion and androstiendiol at the age of 15 which you could buy legally at the time. I had no clue what I was duing or taking at the time and royally screwed myself up suffered depression diagnosed bipolar and many physical and mental problems due to the effects of my abuse of these substances at that age and it took 10 years to find out it was a hormone problem likely caused by my prior use now my life/body only feel right on trt
Update your stats so people can relate to what you say
call me paranoid but stats aren't posted because of baby mommy drama even though I have pics lol but fuck it I will post them for ya
