I do no cardio at the gym, lol but i walk everywhere to gym, to work so honestly im probably walking about 10 miles at least a week just from going to work and gym. that's only cardio I do.
Carbs I keep low, Like below 200. Only carbs i eat are pineapple(or other fruit lol) and white rice. get a cheat meal in often tho, cause i get sooooo hungry if i don't
