thats 164lbs? do you train legs?
Yeah my legs are pretty built. I squat, deadlift, leg press, etc. My calves aren't huge but my quads and hamstrings have decent sizing. Most jeans on my legs are fairly tight (not skinny fit)

I would like to get to about 180 which would make me look fairly huge. I have been trying to cut to see how low on bodyfat I can go. I been performing HIIT about 1-2x a week so taking it slow. I typically do a walk a street lightpost, sprint to next one, walk. For about 20 mins.
Most I ever weighed was on cycle about 177 but given that was 500 mg of Test E I think a lot was water weight. Pre cycle i was about 158-159 I believe.
My training techniques and nutrition knowledge have increased tremendously I could upload a pic from 3 years ago... Night and day difference.
