Those are real. When they make amps they torch the tips of the amps with fire to seal them it comes out like that sometimes

I have some authentic Bayer/Schering Ampules with the same irregularities. (around the neck and tip) ANGUS would be happy to test them for you. Anything is possible but 24HR is known for their "Direct from the Pharmacy" products. US Customs agreed that their Primo and Proviron was legit.

i've had these before from a domestic source last yr, they are legit, i gained like 20-25 lbs in 12 weeks. i dont see a difference between the ones i tried before and the ones i just received from 24. the box says organon, but organon doesnt exist anymore for the sust. u should be happy u have what u have, and not have to settle for UG made stuff. i've pinned 2 in two weeks just to preload a month before my cycle and i feel its the same as my previous source. im only preloading one per week for now
jasdrapAny Paki Sust that has an Organon logo on it is fake or a knock off.
Karachi sust and deca is no longer produced by Abbot and is no longer from Organon. Organon sold the rights to the Karachi sust to OBS Pakistan years ago and OBS terminated the manufacturing contract with Abbott as well. Manufacturing is now done by Pharmatec Pakistan for OBS Pakistan (pvt) LTD. The amps no longer have the organon logo on them either. Anyone who tells you otherwise is doing so to either sell knock offs or has knockoffs and does not want to believe it. This info is all public record and can easily be found if you look for it.

They may differ a little in size, batches but nothing too dramatic.

Did you look at the amps? I've seen real ones and they say Organon on them. I want to send one or two in for testing to see what's actually in them.

Tommygunn1980Ive never had a problem with 24 gear i just ordered those amps last month but mine said organon and i couldnt scratch anything off those amps all lasered on so this is a little weird seeing this, and as far as original packaging you have to request that it be sent that way.
RustyhookerStripes on neck are exact. Oil in amps look exact. Not offset.
They do not say Organon on them anywhere, is that not a concern?
The oil looks exact in them, the strip is not the same on all of them at all. They are different sizes as well, and they have that tear drop on the top of each one.

I thought I always used to see people doing business with 24 getting original packaging and everything...

That's what I was seeing, original packaging and Amps that say what company you just purchased. I don't want to pump something into my body that I do not know what it is. 24hreup.net has a lot of guys that claim him to be legit supplier of real HG so I do not want to label him yet. I Pm'd him so hopefully he will respond soon.
If it came from 24 I would think real. I don't have those amps and don't know for certain. Pharm grade orals from him are the best you can get tho.

Can anyone give advise on how these are supposed to look? Here are some things I noticed that raised concern:
-They do not say Organon on them or have their logo
-Many of the ampules are different sizes, some are taller, shorter, some necks appear thinner.
-They have an indent in the bottom
-Expiration date rubs off with slight pressure/rubbing
-No original packaging
Get pinning, that way you'll know for sure.
