+ 4 Why have I stopped gaining

ad

I have been seeing several post about guys and gals saying there 8 weeks or 10 weeks in there cycle and the Gaines have stopped. So I see them upping the Test dosages or taking more Orals to try and compensate and force the body to grow and yet still nothing except gear and money pissed down the drain, but I may just have the answer..... It's the calories your consuming, what you consumed at the beginning of your cycle will not support the extra mass you have put on so basically your just maintaining halfway through your cycle. Here is my rule of thumb.. Every 3 weeks I add 250 extra calories to my diet from my starting point so I never put my body into a state where it's not growing. FOOD IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT THE AAS YOUR TAKING. So as the weeks go by just keep increasing your calorie intake and train hard and you should never stop making Gaines and maximize your cycle!!! If your really training hard up it 300 calories every 3 weeks play with it and find your sweet spot ..

Once again showing the importance of diet. And to keep those gains after cycle you are going to have to eat more than you did precycle because you have to feed that new mass. If you don't feed it to maintain it, say bye bye to it. +1

I agree with you that most people do not up their calories as they weight increase but I have notices that muscle gain does really slowdown around week 8 or 10. My last cycle was 16 weeks and at 10 weeks i stop gaining. I was consuming around 3800 calories. During the last 6 weeks I slowly increased my calories, and by the end I was around 5000 a day. I literally just got fat. Ive done a lot of research on this and it myostatin is the reason behind this. Im sure you're familiar with this. Around the 8 week mark our body realizes whats going on and increase myostatin to slow down the rate of muscle growth. One study I read showed myostatin increased by 20% by week 8. Now everyone is different so for some people this might happen at week 8, some at week 12, and some lucky people it might not happen at all. Im nearing week 8 on my cycle right now so will see what happens in the coming weeks.
