Hey everyone thanks again for all the advice / links, very good reads and is helping me construct a proper diet solution. I've realized I do have a lot more work than I originally thought before I do begin a Cycle. But friends of mine have always told me I have a very good body to build off of.
I will be cutting out Gluten and Bad sugars out of my diet, I also always stay away from cancer causing fake sugars too. Right now I'm trying to go on a health craze and trying to cut all the crap out of my diet.
Pop,Snacks,Bad quality bread, gluten noodles, Also been trying to minimize my sodium in take as well since it's in everything.......
as for my workout history / routine I try to go 4 times a week focusing on one portion of the body on each day with 45 mins - 1 hour of Cardio. It's only about the last year I've been really taking it seriously.
I am going to be posting in the introduction threads so you can all get to know me a little better so feel free to have a gander. Sorry for the delay to my response but it's been crazy busy lately at work.
but I am happy to work with you guys and absorb your knowledge and maybe one day I can continue the trend of helping others.
Welcome to have you aboard!
Me personally whenever I start cutting or eating healthy, i do it piece by piece like such
Week 1: cut out sugary drinks, drink lots of water
Week 2: cut out bleached/enriched grains and switch to whole/multigrain
Week 3: reduce dairy (I grew up on dairy so I really don't bloat or get fat from it like some do)
Week 4: switch all carbs to rice, oats, veggies, potatoes and very little fruit
I've noticed this helps make dieting easier but to each his own
Good luck!
Hey Blurry, you are getting a lot of good info from the guys. 1st step is to be able to master your diet.

Blurry of you want let's start working and putting together a solid diet to get to your bf goal .. Then I will help you along with hundreds of very smart guys here put together a cycle that will maximize your potential
btw bro your bmr is just over 2100 so at 2500 calories you need to be doing like 400+ calories of exercise a day whether that's walking or working or working out or biking but just as reference 400 calories is like 30-60min hard biking but if you fail to burn 400+ calories a day youll still be adding weight not subtracting it
BMR is good to know, but thats just a measure of how many calories he would burn if awake while just lying in bed not moving at all. Daily caloric energy expenditure could be a lot more than that depending on his job and lifestyle and thats what you need to look at when making calorie recomendations. Not just their BMR.
yeah I know that's why I said in my post that he must do 400 calories of work I didn't say working out I said it could be work it could be making a pbj I cant list out every possibility but yes you are correct bmr is just to live and then ontop of that he must burn 400 calories+ to loose weight...it doesn't really matter how as long as he does...I also provided a rough estimate of what would burn at least 400calories as well...its simple math if hes working out moderately at least 5x a week hes burning like 3000cal a day at which point hed loose a lb a week but this is why I asked for his workout history and schedule below so I could judge more accurately and not just guess
Cool. i agree then.
yup bro guess I could have been a little clearer...just trying to help this cat out and get him sent down the right path...looks like youre trying to do the same
that diet seems a little high to me when im off cycle and trying to cut as I am at the moment seeing as my diet for the last few month went to shit I take in 2000 calories and im 235 at the moment so on 2000cals a day I can cut 1-2lbs a week if im taking easy days in the gym or 2-4 if I do mad cardio everyday because it basically breaks down to be about a lb or 2 of fat from caloric deficit a lb or two for cardio and a lb from just daily activity...but its important that your diet works for you and you need to know your BMR there are plenty of calculators online for this...heres the problem youre only like 175lbs if you get down to 10% bf like 183 if you get down to 15% now I know most guys just saw oh hes over 200lbs so that's ok...nah man youre still a relatively small guy when you subtract the fat and I say that as truth not to be mean or start anything plus my numbers are likely a little high because if you dropped down to 15% or so youd likely loose other mass then just fat...can we get a gym history how long have u been lifting...Im only trying to help but that cycle you've got there is no magic weightloss cycle especially without a good caloric deficit youre actually likely to add some mass not loss it imo and I think you chances for estro sides and injury are increased greatly due to you bf%...just trying to look out for ya man hopefully you respond with lifting history and such
Hey all thanks for replying all, My goals are to lose 25 some pounds trim down and then cut up.
A friend of mine recommended the stuff I acquired and the stuff was at a good price so I said ok i'll get it now, instead of having to worry about it later.
I will admit I am brand new to the roid scene but I have been working out 5+ years. and now wanting to really do something with it. I am not going to begin the cycle until I do trim off like 9% more body fat.
I've done lots of self research but it only gets me so far, that is why I stumbled upon here seeking advice from experienced users.
I do need helping putting together a legitimate diet that will help me lose weight, but will keep me feeling strong. and I know it's going to take lots and lots of cardio. but I will be dedicated to a plan once I piece it together.
any additional help will be greatly appreciated, I'm not here to waste any ones time. I am just trying to achieve enough knowledge, so I can do it right the first time and get the results I want.
Here are a couple of good reads with lots of info on diet and training.

The typical BF that's recommended before one starts a cycle is 15%. I think its a great idea to take of that BF and then start one. Also I would recommend just a plain Test E/C at 500mg per week split into 2 dosages for 12 weeks.

The above cycle would be a good one to look into since you already have Prop. For a first cycle drop the orals. And you will not like prop for virgin muscle pip. If you don't know what pip is research it.
Blurry.... I really hope you take this to heart.. FORGET EVERYTHING JOEY V said. start out with a good diet and training program.. work your ass off till your down around 12-13% body fat. then if you still feel the need to do a cycle and have read and have a understanding how aas interact with your body and have a solid PCT plan laid out, then come back post up what your thinking then let us help you. but IMO it should be a Test only cycle 500 mg a week but not till you get your BF undercontrol
@Blurry... ok first edit the src name ...second DO NOT LISTEN TO THE JOEYV... what are you trying to accomplish bro whats your goals we need to get you straightened out here
How long have you been training for? At that high a body fat you really shouldn't be cycling. At age 26 you should be able to take the fat off naturally with proper diet and good training with some fasted cardio.
And please edit out source and labs.
Dont start that cycle yet bro. Have you cycled before? A high bf% will complicate things andmake you more suseplable to estogenic side effects. Remember gear doesnt atually burn fat and diet always determines the results of a cycle.
With that said your calories look good but what is your macronutrient breakdown? Are you restricting carbs? High protein? My suggestion would be to start a post in the nutrition section and get a diet put together and hit the cardio hard. Morning interval training on a an empty stomach needs to become your best friend for the next 12-16 weeks. Superset major muscles in the gym to maximize calorie burning.
Oh my bad bro, How do I fix it im brand new to the forum. had no intention of breaking the rules.
just looking for some input got my package and I was eager to talk about it with somebody lol.
Smh. So much wrong here. You need to remove the lab and the source talk. Secondly, you need to post up stats and cycle history. Lastly, "there's no magic pill or blend of compounds" you need to put in work in the kitchen and on the treadmill first get that BF down to 15% and we can talk.
