Old guy cycle question.

ad

Ok 48 years old fat but down 50 lbs . Have gained a lot of muscle for me in the last year. Knee replacement kept me from cardio but getting better. Was very low on T 160 range so was put on TRT around 3 years ago. Endo said it was probably that way for a long while. Never used AAS till now.
So I want to do a mild cycle with fat loss in mind but really don’t want to lose what muscle Ive gained. Diet is good. Ive gained muscle as said above and lost weight too. Kind of hitting a platau. So here is what I have planned
200 mg Script test c every week brings me up to 900-1400 range
200 Deca a week. I used NPP for a few weeks and helped joint a bunch Deca is for joints NOT to bulk and its Deca not NPP that I have. Is this too much I only want it for synergistic effect I have RA and joints are shot.
Provirone 25 mg a day.
And I really want to try Anavar low dose but not sure at what level never used legit Anavar whatever I got last time was Winnie I believe dried me out so bad I hurt everwhere joint wise bad!! It was the India brand starts with a K ends in PA. lol.

What I have but just set aside is Prop, Mast, Dbol from a promo some anadrol Im getting from a promo. And a cut blend but Im not ready for tren.

I just beat my personal best in bench press in my life. 3 sets of 8 reps of more weight than I ever lifted. I wont try to max I DON’T even want to chance getting hurt. Already got the Knee issue. Thanks.

You need to stop "playing" around with every different AAS you can get your hands on first and foremost. Diet and cardio (as much as it sucks) is the way to shed the pounds.

Just read Whynots post, I concur.

Yes whynots diet info is spot on. I just may not have stressed the joint issues. With RA rumatoid Arthritis I am in pain a lot. I told the doctor I didnt want to start the drugs that hurt your imune system and wanted to try other options. One knee replaced they say the other has to but I wont do that either. The NPP worked great but I only had enough to try. So i didnt want to pin as often so got Deca. Just didnt want to do too much. I will try 250 a week. I was only going to do 250 every two weeks. Well see how it helps I really hope as much as NPP. As I posted above the product I took was Anavar but they say a lot of times its really winnie. I just know from reading if it was anavar it shouldnt have done that. Thanks for the info.

If you want to do deca strictly for joint relief because of RA, cool. 100 milligrams per week Is more then enough. Keep in mind you are not running a cycle and then stopping you are incorporating something into your TRT protocol that you will have to do for the rest of your life. 100 mg I can condone.

Also look into HGH for your rheumatoid arthritis. Read this to get you started, than if you think you like the idea you can look into the actual research articles backing up some of these claims.

Thanks That's why I was wondering if 200 everytwo weeks was too much for deca. I thought 200 every two weeks but I can do 100 mg but is that a week or every two weeks. Yes its only for joint help. I will read that article thanks for the info. Just on top of my TRT dose was all I was wanting to do.

100 milligrams per week. if you do not feel the appropriate relief and being the fact that you are 265 pounds you can up the dosage to 150 mg per week. But I would wait at least 10 weeks before making that decision. Always try to do more with less if you are going to be taking compounds for life.

I was trying to edit thank you so much for your input.

The reason I was thinking of anavar was to keep what ive gained so far while losing weight in a low calorie diet. I am down 50lbs so im headed in the right direction. PLUS that down 50 lbs is while also gaining a lot of muscle I was pitiful before I started this lifestyle. Witj the pituitary not working I have no LH no FSH and low to no GH . So test for me is a must. My normal levels are in the 100s if not on anything

You're welcome. Skip the Anavar for now.

Here is my advice for you. I would stay on your TRT dose and that's it. That will give you enough stimulation at the androgen receptor to lose all the fat you want with a good strict diet. The only thing I would recommend for someone in your situation that would definitely make a big difference if you can afford it financially is HGH.

Get a solid diet plan and wiegh your food and keep a dietary log. Make sure you get about 300 g of protein. Figure out your TDEE and eat about 500 cal less. Take in no more than 150 g of carbs a day. 80 g of those carbs should be immediately post workout Along with 60 g of high quality fast absorbing protein. The rest of your calories should be high-quality fats.

Every 16 days up your carbs to about 400 g spreadout over the course of the day. Then go back to the above suggested. On this particular day go over your TDEE by 500 Calories.
