Scars are healing up Nice. Now I just need to get MY wheels working again. A new truck would be nice too.
EDIT: forgot to post that I shattered my left femur, fractured my pelvis and had severe bruising of my Kidneys, pancreas and spleen. Not to mention the gashes on my face that required stitches and on the back of my head which got staples. Plus bunches of deep scratches and bruises all over.

Jesus brother!!! That is no joke!! If you're like me I know your truck being totaled hurts way more! That fuckin sucks...man I wasn't expecting that...get your ass better brother!!

I don't remember the wreck and when I saw the pics of my truck for the first time while in the hospital I actually cried a little. It might have been because it had been because I hadn't had my TRT dose in over 2.5 weeks and my hormones were out of wack but damn I loved that truck.

After the surgery I was told that i was going to be in the hospitaland rehab unit for a total of 6-8 weeks. I was only in the hospital for 18 days total. #BOOM!!!!

Thank you. I'm pedaling the legs as I'm surfing Eroids at the moment. Sitting on the sofa with a stationary bike backed up to me. Perfect distance for my legs to get a good stretch. Gotta get my wheels back so I can limp into the gym asap. Lol

Ok just glad to be out of that damn hospital. I was getting fat on only 3 meals a day.

Thanks. It helps that I have a lot of family support and the support of my EROIDS family. You guys help keep me focused. I look at my physical therapy the same way I looked at my gym time. You know gotta get that last rep in every time. Lol

thanks man. It's going to be a long road, but when I started this race I knew it was going to be a marathon and not a sprint. I just hate the fact that every time I get weighed the numbers are getting smaller and smaller and my body fat is rising. It doesn't help that in my drawer next to my hospital bed I have a couple bags of chocolate candy. Lol. I'm just looking at this as a cheat vacation. Lol.

Looks rough bro... do yourself a favor and wait until youre completely healed before trying to lift and all that again - coming from a soon to be medical professional, take your time, no matter how minor.
