I got T boned by a jacked up F250 on Tuesday the 4th. Shattered my left femur and fractured my pelvis. The Ortho Surgeon said this was the worst shattered femur he has ever rebuilt. I'm still in the hospital trying to convince the nurses to help rig up something to my bed so I can bench. Lol. I'll be ready to hit the gym like it owed me child support when the time comes. Keep lifting brothers!!!

regarding the gh do not know, but I can tell you that the best bone repair is the deca.
In Italy it is given to women with osteoporosis (my grandmother lol) and a bit years ago it was given to people who fractured bones important to speed healing.
My advice any case is to talk to your doctor.

Sirk1981Thanks. I'm told 6 months to a year before I get back into the gym. I just find out a couple days ago that I also have a fractured L4 vertebra. But I did get the staples removed from my leg today. I haven't been able to sleep because I can't find a position that doesn't hurt me somewhere.

Sirk1981Lol. For the past week I felt like a baby, needing someone to do everything for me. At least now I can get out of the bed by myself. It's very painful but every day my physical therapist is more and more impressed. I push myself farther than they want. I'm just looking at it like working out, you know gotta get that lady rep in.

I got in a little light upper body workout today with my physical therapist during his lunch break at the hospital wellness center. I had to be wheeled in in a wheel chair and lifted light weight but it felt good to get the muscles moving again.

Sirk1981Thanks fellas. I don't even remember seeing the truck that had to cross 4 lanes to hit me after running a stop sign. I blacked out several times. I remember coming to long enough to see my door had been removed in order to extract me. I have several more pics of the truck and people asking how did the driver survive.
