2nd cycle but I want to cut

So I'm going to run this one written by a eroids member
Weeks 1-10: 500mg Testosterone Enanthate per week (2 injections of 250mg, Sunday Morning Wednesday night)
Optional: Weeks 1-4: 30mg of Dbol per day (split in two doses, one pre workout, one 12 hours later)
Weeks 1-12: .5mg of Anastrozole Every other Day (EOD)
Weeks 4-12: 500iu's of HCG per week (2 injections of 250iu's, same days as test, but not in the same syringe)
PCT starts week 12, two weeks after last test shot
Week 1&2: 40mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day
Week 3&4: 20mg Tamoxifen (nolva) per day

But I want some advice about how to lean this towards cutting instead of a bulk . 400 G protein 150g carbs and >100g fat a day is what I'm thinking , but above he said you can add dbol weeks 1-4 but I know that's more for bulking , so could I add something like winny towards the end (8-12) or eq thru out the cycle, or Clen since I've done that one a couple times . Or should I just leave it to the test my diet and exercise And I'm planning on 12 weeks not 10 ,

... Which is why I said "or stick to exercise and diet" so I'm sure my ideals do not fall greatly short of reality . You think just cause I add a compound with Clen I won't exercise and diet like it some sort of magic pill? Exercise and diet will always be a part of it , but it does not hurt to add a compound that can be a catalyst to my goals.

Gp makes superdrol now with some good reviews so I was think eathier run that weeks 1-4 then run winny OR keep it simple and run the cycle with Clen . But you guys tell me which would be more effective in cutting the weight . And I know SuperDrol won't help me lose weight but it can be In place of the dbol
