+ 1 Looking for advice about first cycle run ever....
HI i'm looking for advice on what assistance I should run for the first time ever. I am 39 yrs old and I have been working out on and off for the past 25 yrs. I told myself I am going to be in the best shape of my life by my 40th birthday which is December 24 so I got some time. Right now I am 272 lbs with a BF% of 26 maybe a lil higher. As with everyone else in the world I will be committing myself to the gym and a strict diet. I have spoken with some of my friends and they suggest Test E 250 Tbol. Im not sure of the dosages off the top of my head I have it written down from my boy. I plan to work some of the rust off for about 3 months get my strength back. I really want to start about mid March. Any suggestions or advice would be very welcomed. Thank you in advance.

Thank you @Deadlifter85 thats some good advice which I plan to enact. I would like to thank all the others as well. I plan on a strict diet, cardio and 8-12 reps when lifting.. I WILL BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE DECEMBER 24TH 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too when started out used only test e 250 per week. Once I could handle tht (no sides) I increased it to 500mg per week. I always keep in hand meds tht would help me if I started noticing puffy nipples but thankfully ive never had to use them.
sure over time ive experimented with 3 compounds at max (successfully) but in long run I use two. I don't get greedy, ive found with what works without sides so I stick to it.
my diet is awesomely clean. I had noticed bout 2 years back (pre roid days) tht if we eat clean then tht means nicer waist. I do sneak in 1-2 cheat meals at max per week. There are times when I go weeks without cheat meal.

56tooI would strongly suggest you get your bloods done first bro. This is a great place to do that http://www.privatemdlabs.com/. You always want to make sure all that is good before proceeding. Make sure you include your test levels . Your test levels may indicate very low t levels at which time you may consider cruising after your cycle instead of PCT. Good luck
it sounds like you have the right idea getting your bf down first, thats a must. You will want to get down to no more than 15% before you start. Standard first cycle is test e only 250mg pinned twice per week. Running just test will allow you to see how your body reacts to the compound. If you start with 2 drugs and start to have side effects how will you know which one is causing the problem if you have no prior experience with either? Until then read everything you can about AI's and PCT. Know the difference between arimidex and aromasin and why they are important. Know what nolvadex and clomid do and why they are important. Once you have done all that, write out a 1st cycle proposal including your plan for AI and PCT as well as your diet and you will get some good feed back. But for now diet, diet, diet maybe consider a ckd for 30-45 days to kick start the fat loss. Good luck and welcome to eroids.
Welcome to eroids. Make this a browser favorite and check in often, there's a lot of info to be learned. You don't mention any former knowledge of AAS, but you need to be very aware of PCT (post cycle therapies) etc.
A couple suggestions: Update your profile, with age, etc, and perhaps a photo. From what you have mentioned, I'd suggest dropping weigh/bf a bit, aim for 15-16%.
A first cycle is typically a long ester testosterone only 12 week cycle. If you check out the Cycle Logs tab there are a lot there that people have submitted and had critiqued.
So keep up the gym and diet, read all you can and ask questions.
