I dropped almost sixty pounds in mass in my cutting phase for this pic and ran my best 10 miles in one hour and 40 min. Most of my life was over weight and at 16 Year's old reached plus 300 pounds. Now I can carry weight and be almost any body type I chose by dieting and exercising. Right now I'm about to cut up for 8 weeks then put sum mass on then cut again for 12 weeks. I'm on a mission this time to push my body farther then I've ever pushed it and put myself on a whole new level of athlete. I plan to stack with many different supplements and push myself with super sets and pyramid stacking while eating the diet of a God. I'm open to all suggestions and ideas for routines, supplements, and diets.

It depends... post workout always an isolate but if I'm making a recipe or just trying to get some extra protein I will use a blend. Also just a tip... for your protein throughout the day don't stick to just chicken or fish all day. Try to switch it up all day. Different types of meat have different amino profiles. So me personally my day consists of eggs, chicken, lean beef,sometimes fish, and whey. All which carry different amino profiles. A couple days ago I posted what supplements I take and when. Tomorrow I will post what dosages I take and why!
