Alright Ive come to the conclusion that my wife has to stop buying garbage food. When I get up at three in the morning and venture from the bathroom to the fridge I catch myself rummaging through the cupboard and fridge trying to stop the early morning aches and pains. Now if the junk food isn't there i won't be tempted to ruin the day befores work out with a pint of froyos Ben and Jerry's all pie eyed. Damn them tasty treats.

AnonIt's sad you think men of such stature would have alil more self control.but Walking up in zombie mode and all that's on the mind is food you really can't control it. I feel ya bro, if Ben and Jerry's is in the house, it's not for long. I eat the whole pint in one sitting, I have self control over many things, but not ice cream.... Don't even bring it home!
