This picture was taken tonight and is my upper body WITH NO WORKING OUT UPPER BODY FOR 84 DAYS. I MEAN NOTHING!!! unless you count the gay pink weights they make me use in PT which I have been going to my 13th PT visit tomorrow.

A few of you guys have really helped support me in this time of my first major injury in 15 years of training. I have some PM's that I have not answered and im sorry for that...I was a mess because much of my identity is in my size and physical strength. I am thankful for this injury because God showed me that the gym was a idol I made even before Him. I also see all men are actual fragile faillable mortal beings, What took me 15 years to create was destroyed in 15 seconds. Not out of His wrath but His love.

I will start back the gym soon. I may not be able to lift as much weight but I will be a hell of a lot stronger... this time its going to be Him first and all honor glory and praise go to Him....cause I aint nothing but a monkey dancing on a razor blade lol...

oh and PS I have Powerlifted for all these years and I made a decision to try the other side so all my bodybuilder bros on here look to your right and left on the stage cause I might just be sneakin up on ya Smile

much luv inzer777

Man I don't know how to upvote or if I have to have more karma but, for what it's worth, in my heart you get +100 for bein a man of God and seein the silver lining. A while back I got hurt, got depressed, and traded my gym addiction in for a [borderline] narcotics addiction. Talk about seein years and years of progress go down the drain. Anyways, turned things around, got back in the gym, but God is #1 now. You're the man. Go with God.
