i wasnt going to post pics for a while but i thought i would throw up these ones of my pecs after i gave them a little torture today. 56's gear is changing the way i look completely and dub g's vips are leaning me out a bit which prob isnt the best thing for a bulker but the vips are keeping my joints healed and i wouldnt stop taking them for anything.

no flex but i do have a little pump

Looking great brother JOHN! Very noticeable positive changes and fast forward progression! Thick, muscular and vascular! Chest is fuller and shapelier! Outstanding work! Personally speaking, I hit upper and lower pecs in the same workout twice a week. +1
Have you been incorporating chest dumbbell pullovers in your chest sessions?

yes indeed. when i was doing them i was thinking about sending you a pm and thanking you for reminding me about it. its a perfect ender for me. i love finishing my chest day with some pullovers. good stuff brother!!

thanks guys!! this ebc was the best thing i could have done. for that i have to thank ace. he called me a few names and pushed me to join. i know i would not have even thought about it without a little push. i was thinking today that i should split my chest training to upper chest one day and lower chest another day. ive been hitting them twice a week anyway. i figure this way i can really stimulate the section of chest im working on. any thoughts on doing it this way would be appreciated.

That's very cool man. I was just gonna bitch at you for posting another pic because now I feel obligated to post another one lol. Now I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
I recently started splitting my chest similar to that. Now I better go post some pics fucker.
Btw, I'm still pulling for you and SquirrellNutz like a mofo. Lotta good competition in the ebc, but you guys have some great potential and great drive, and I think you want the results more than you want the prizes.

yeah, i told myself i wouldnt post a pic for a while but when i seen my pecs in the mirror i kind of turned myself on. LOL!! i think this one will be the last for a while. i got to keep you fuckers guessing.
