+ 1 More BICEP destruction despite surgery setback

Roughly 21 1/2 inches strong as fuck going all out! Ok this is for all of you who doubted me I used a regular fabric measurer it was my moms nothing fancy nothing special stretched around the peak of the BICEP POST WORK OUT so yes the pump may make it larger. There is no slack in the fabric measurer I used tape to hold it still at the mark so I could take the picture. If some of you are in doubt that is me I am wearing the same shorts in that picture as I am with my EBC pictures for the current ebc so it is easy to compare them to. You all rightfully asked for proof so there you have if just under 21'

Don't look that size but you are way too high in body fat to worry about it anyway. Cut down and let's see where they sit. Mine are 22s

Ok I uploaded a pic of me measuring my left BICEP post work out with a standard measurer and I posted a description. Same shorts worn in my uploaded EBC pics for verification

I see you putting in work but over 21" seems a bit off...mine have to be around 18 or less with a pump

Well if that's 21 I must have 25" guns I agree I don't think their 21" you must be going at a weird angle???

I looked at yours with your arm shot and those have to be bigger than 21? Yes YIU have way more definition and vascularity but size wise yours have to be bigger than 21'. It's difficult to compare ours because of the difference in definition just saying
