Got the Flu mid-cycle: Should I keep training?

Hey brothers!
Looking for a bit of advice here. I'm in the middle of my Tren cycle at the moment but unfortunately I've been hit pretty hard by what I think is the flu. Anyone else had the same problem before?
I'm really pissed off because I've not been in the gym since Saturday, and by the way I'm feeling right now, it's looking like I'm not gonna be any better for AT LEAST another 2 or 3 days. I'm thinking it's probably best to keep my cals up and rest as much as possible - what do you guys recommend?

If you're in the middle of a Tren cycle - you're probably lifting balls to the walls. Rest. VitC like Dossier suggests is great. I suspect, if you rest and heal a bit, when you go back to the gym your strength levels will be through the ceiling. Happy Thanksgiving bro.

Running gear and you should expect some flu symptoms from time to time just from the gear. Either way, bang some vitC and ibuprofen and the sides should subside.
If you miss a day or two from the gym, don't sweat it. Better to rest and restore than push yourself when you can't even really push yourself. You grow when you stimulate those muscles and break them down from training hard, not half ass. Whatever you do, don't miss your shots.

Yeah, guess I've always been lucky. Mega-dosing vitC and got some zinc, ginseng and paracetamol on the go. Just have to wait it out now...
yeah being sick sucks, being hurt like me its even worse.. rest man, give it until monday, once you recover you can back at it..anything you eat will be good since you not using much energy just laying around.. i suggest making protein shakes w/ fruits and oats it will go down easy.. feel better

Rest....think about the other people in the gym. I hate getting sick because some jackass tried to tough it through their sickness and get me sick.

waltrI've got a cold myself, and have had one for about a week now. I've just been sleeping a lot and resting to be honest. Haven't really been able to eat much and haven't really had a desire to work out =/
Being sick sucks, but rest is just about the only thing that's going to make my body better and I know that.
