+ 7 Thymosin beta-4 (TB500) Log

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hey all,

I'm going to be logging my experiences with TB500. I have 32 mg of TB500 from purchasepeptides.

Back-story: I was in an accident not too long ago and since then I've had shoulder impingement/rotator cuff tendinitis in my right shoulder. I am also experiencing elbow tendinitis in my right elbow.

Expectations: I've read many positive things regarding TB500, so I figured it could not hurt to include in my recovery. I am taking some time off and will do physical therapy / stretching / light-weight exercise to see if I can cure my shoulder problems which have severely affected my lifting.

There remains mystery over dosing. I have not come across a set standard way of dosing TB500. Therefore, I will dose as follows.

Edit: With some advice from members here, I've decided to ramp up the dosage, at least for the loading phase.

1st Month:
Week 1-2: 8mg a week, broken up into 4 2mg shots EOD.
Week 3-4: 8mg a week, broken up into 4 2mg shots EOD

2nd Month:
Week 5-6: 6mg a week, broken up into 3 2mg shots EOD.
Week 7-8: 4mg a week, broken up into 2 2mg shots E2D.

3rd Month:
Week 9-12: 2mg every other week, at the beginning of the week.

4th Month:
Week 13-16: 2mg every other week, at the beginning of the week.

I may adjust this along the way, but that is the plan thus far. If any one has any advice, please feel free to chime in. I am hoping to resolve my shoulder and elbow issues for good. Let's see how it pans out.

-James

Hey guys, it has been a while so I figured it was a good time to update.

Today was my 10th 2mg shot (so a total of 20mg thus far) and it has easily become my favorite peptide. Prior to the start of this cycle, I could not have imagined or believed the improvement and the relief that I have received thus far.

Right elbow - Nearly perfect. I first began by massaging & icing the troubled area near my elbow. I have continued this and have recently incorporated stretching alongside some foam rolling. What a difference. I used to be able to feel some knots near my elbow, now they're are almost completely gone. My elbow rarely ever clicks nowaday and there is hardly ever any discomfort or stiffness. This is miraculous to me, considering that 3 weeks ago my elbow was constantly stiff and the discomfort of it is what drove me to research a possible solution which led me to this TB500 cycle. Like I said, I could not have imagined this much improvement in such little time. Amazing.

Right Shoulder - Much, much, improved. It still has some way to go, but my range of motion is much improved after starting some light stretching. Impingement issues have have drastically subsided as well. I will begin incorporating some resistance training in order strengthen the shoulder. No complaints, a great improvement with the shoulder as well and hopefully more to come!

That's all for now, I will try to update weekly, or whenever something noteworthy occurs. This is great stuff people, I cannot recommend it enough.

Quick update: Had my 6th shot of TB500 today.

My right elbow remains drastically improved. Rarely do I experience tightness or clicking/popping. My right shoulder also continues to feel improved.

I've been doing light stretching with the shoulder and the range of motion has improved quite a bit (no uncomfortable pain while stretching.)

I am trying to be patient during the loading phase and not overextend myself, but it is hard to keep still and not do anything, especially when your joints finally feel improved. I will start some light resistance band exercises for the shoulder after this second week of loading (which would be after a total of 16mg.)

But, so far so good fellas! Really impressed thus far. I hope to resolve my elbow tendinitis and shoulder impingement for good, but if that does not materialize I think a continuous maintenance dose of TB500 would do wonders for coping with these problems.

After reading through the link posted by Denser, a topic created by Muta (thank you bro, very informative) I've updated the cycle.

I will load the first month with 8mg a week, and then taper it down to see how it feels.

It has been 6mg so far and my right elbow tendinitis is drastically improved (practically gone) and this is something that has been driving me insane for the past 3 weeks with tightness and clicking. My right shoulder also seems improved, a better range of motion and less pain while stretching. All seems to be going great so far, let's hope it keeps up!

Thanks for documenting this bro. + 1

It helps us all advance in knowledge from a real world example. Here's something from Muta that goes into detail about TB500: http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/experiences-with-injuri...

No problem, trying to do my part and help everyone learn more. Thanks for the +1 and thank you for that link, I've read through it and it was very informative.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll ramp up the loading phase by few a mg and see how it goes.

I've only had a total of 4mg thus far, and my right elbow tendinitis already seems much improved already so I am expecting good things from this recovery.

I've been using it to aid my recovery from shoulder surgery, (labrum tear and detached front delt). I'm interested to see how you get on, keep me posted please. If I can help in any way then feel free to drop me a line.

Will do, I'll be sure to update frequently.

I plan on resting for the first two weeks and then I'll begin some physical therapy and stretching. Later on I will add some light weight exercise, and once I feel I have a great range of motion (in the shoulder) and no impingement, I'll start pushing the weight to see how it feels. I've learned patience is key for healing so I plan to take it slow and do it right.

Good luck on your shoulder recovery. Are you logging the progress anywhere?

Catalyst's picture

Not logged anywhere but there's a few guys I'm keeping updated. I'm 11 weeks post surgery now and just starting to press some light weight so fairly pleased thus far. Probably being a bit over zealous if I'm honest and shouldn't be doing much yet, but I'm a stubborn So and so.....

Good luck.

Ive had two shoulder surgeries: I wish I had known about TB500 and HGH at the time. I feel like this would have set me so much further ahead than where I am now post-recovery. I still have problems and would like to see your protocol on dosing/schedule etc with the tb. FR sent
