Starting to shape up in the mirror, it's hard not to get to caught up on the scale but I am down 13lbs
On a side note, do I have gyno?
Can blood test identify gyno issues?

I will have to say it's gyno. At least from the looks. I have quarters in mine.

Somewhat hard to tell from those pictures. But the 2nd picture makes it appear that there is at least something behind the nipples. Looking at your previous pictures, it appears that you have come a long way in losing weight, so that could be some fat still hanging around. I looked at your labs too and your E2 is well within range. Try taking a front bicep pic and include your chest in the picture. That way your chest will be pulled tight and can give us a better idea.
