HCG with Insulin Needle - Need Help

I feel like a moron here but I need to make sure I am doing this correct.
I have a 5,000 IU amp with HCG. Mixed it with 5ml Bac water. That gives me 1,000 IU / ml. Correct?
I want 250 IU's and am using a 50 Unit slin pin which equals 1/2 cc.
My question is, would 25 Units equal 250 IU. Not sure why I'm so confused but I'd rather ask the dumb question then pretend I know what I'm talking about. Could someone help me out here.

and .25 = 25 units on the slin right?
I know it was a dumb question. Glad I had it correct but I wasn't absolutely sure.
Yes bro. You got it correct. .25ml will be 250iu
