+ 4 TIS THE SEASON TO BE BULKING

Well gentlemen, its that time again.. its time to bulk!

I'm fresh off a 50 day break from the gym. After 2 years of non-stop dedication to the sport I found myself dreading going to the gym. The thing I LOVE had become a PAIN IN THE ASS. The spark was gone...
So I decided it was time to give my mind (and body) a break. During my time off I blasted GH in high doses for a short amount of time (experiment). I was doing 50iu a week 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

But now Im back at it 6 days a week. Currently on 600mg test /week + 50mg tren ace /day + 100mg proviron /day + 6.25mg aromsin /day.
Instead of dirty bulking like Ive always done before, I'm aiming to do more of a lean bulk. This time around, the food is cleaner & I'm throwing in cardio sessions 2-3x a week.

ALSO I'm using less drugs than I have before, trying to force myself to do more work rather than rely on the drugs to pick up any slack.

Currently sitting at 6'1 215lbs 12%bf
Aiming for 230lbs 10%bf by the end of this winter.
