found a show pic that i was able to put up, sorry for the crappy quality. it was an awesome experience, probably could have hit just a bit better conditioning. gh definitely helping to tighten my once stretched stomach, still got some of that ugly loose stuff at the bottom.

DAT DER is the BEST solid foundation to build upon my brother..... we dont build houses on weak soft ground so why do some folks think we can even dream of building rock hard mass on some soft, squishy water bloated shit..... but some do and fail miserably...... you my bro have the world in your hands here with that base............
