potassium to help with water retention
Im pretty prone to water retention. Im trying to take at least as much potassium as salt I consume. I understand most people do not get enough potassium. Im on TRT , clomid+hcg and also taking arimidex .5 mg EOD. Im running clenbuterol at 40ish mcg /day. I understand clenbuterol lowers your potassium. Im not really doing any cardio, but getting plenty of water. What would you prescribe as far as potassium goes, daily dose and how much at a time/how often. High salt meals of lets say 500mg, Ill take 500 mg at the same time of potassium. Do you think I Should lower my salt intake to as low as possible or will that make me wetter. I know some people don't care about this but Im not really into the moon face.
