3875 total estrogen!!!!! WTF!
I had bloodwork done Thursday. Oct 3. My doctor is also a friend and fellow bodybuilder. He texted me this morning: Your total estrogen level is 3875! Normal is below 115. I don't have trannies with levels this high. You need to increase your estrogen blocker.
Needless to say I was absolutely FREAKED out.

I've read about 'false estrogen readings' when on tren, but honestly it didn't really concern me because I thought, "well, they're false reading, so ignore it". Now that it's hit home, it's quite another story. Perspective certainly changes when you're actually involved in something as opposed to being an outside observer.
I'm certain that I wouldn't be able to function with levels that high, let alone have sex. And I feel really good. Like a fucking gorilla. I don't think there's any way I wouldn't notice levels this high. I've read tread's post: http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/estrogen-and-test
And this makes me think that i need to control my SBGH. How do i do this?
Also, my prolactin was 'undetectable'. I asked my doc if this is a problem and shouldn't I have a little prolactin? He said no, it's fine. So, I'm really killing my prolactin. There's no doubt that my caber is good. My prami is probably also good because my prolactin has been under control since day one. I can't take nolvadex with the tren. And I'm already taking Exemestane at 12.5 ED. So I'm wondering what to do, if anything.
UPDATE: I do have gyno, but it's not even noticeable from the front and not very bad from the side. Just a little puffy under the nips but not sore. They were sore when I first noticed it 10 weeks ago, but it actually looks better I think since taking Mast e. Thanks to Rocky (muta) Marciano.
Also, I definitely will post my lab results when I get them. In fact, I'm getting copies of the previous lab work from 6 weeks prior (in late August). I know that my estradiol number from August was 144.8, normal is between 7.6 - 42.6, and my testosterone was 1174, normal is between 348 - 1197. I'm really curious to see the latest bloodwork in it's entirety. So, I know my estradiol number was high in August, but my doc had no concerns, despite my opinion being it was way too high. And it's one of those things where if I don't have sides, it tends to get relegated to something to just keep my eye on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Damn brother if that was me I would get another test just to confirm before I started taking extreme measures to make sure it isn't a false positive! Because if it is that high I would do what I never have done or would want to do but I would use Letro. Those numbers are ridiculous I hope that it is false. If you are not manifesting any symptoms of high e2 it would be hard to believe that it is an accurate measure.

Right on bro. My doc originally prescribed 25mg exemestane ed. And I've been halving them and taking only 12.5mg. But now, I think it won't hurt to go back up to 25 mg. until I get new bloods this week. And I'm going to re-test my manhood on my gf later.
I know and on top of that having pharma exemestane! It is hard to believe with that top notch ai it could be that high.

True. Although just last night it hit in the middle of our session, I went partially flaccid! So now, I'm on the war path so solve this shit. I only have another 8 days left on cycle and really hate to cut it even one day short because I feel like an absolute beast. Women and even some homos have been checking me out left and right and I'm loving it - not the fellas... only the ladies. Young, old and every one in between. It's a great feeling. I was actually thinking that I wanted to extend it if no bad sides came up. But this event last night, is too much to bear. My sexual health is more important than my cycle. It's not an easy call. And if I had no woman in my life right now, I'd say 'fuck it' (pun intended), keep going and recover later. But realistically, at my age - 50, the longer I run a cycle and the more cycles I run, I just accelerate my way to TRT. I'm actually going to ask my doc for his opinion on this. I didn't get to see him yesterday, but will by the end of this week. I know he's actually on TRT himself. At 54, he ran a cycle last year that completely shut him down. So I'm preparing to blast and cruise. I'm actually looking forward to it if it keeps my sexual health intact... Damn I write a lot. But only to certain people. Props bro!

You could very well have been another victim of the false reading. Go back to your Dr and tell him you want blood from a different lab. I would think that you would have all kinds of symptoms with e2 that high....like a vagina growing.
