Adex and igf-1 levels

I could have resurrected an old post but I want to know what you guys think about this today. A lot of you use adex and swear buy it and I have read somewhere but cant find it, that adex goes so far to inhibit muscle growth. I have found a sweet deal on adex but I have only done aromasin. I would really like to hear some of the vets opinions on choosing adex or aromasin.

AnonMaybe what they ment is that if you take to mich arimidex it will hinder your growth for the following reasons; estrodoil binds to SHBG if you have very little you have more free SHBG which will grab Testosterone and make it inactive
Estrodoil also helps your bones and organs health.
And finally Estrodoil plays apart in protein synthesis
Ribosomes are the main component in your in charge of combining specific amino acid to accomplish Protein sythesis.
So in theory you will have less protien synthesis power without estrodoil if u dose arimidex to high and that goes with any Ai.
AnonFinally someone answered! You have always used adex? ever tried aromasin? Some people use both but i haven't grasped that concept yet.

Aromasin is a non competitive inhibitor that bind to the allotrostic site NOT the active site making the active site change shape and make it no longer functional. Also it never unbinds, so after you stop using it your body creates more enzymes.
