Vices
I was just thinking about certain things that we might have the ability to change, but haven't been able to.
For me this would be diet mountain dew and my trusty old electric cigarette(vapor shark).
I work in a very intense environment where the stress sometimes gets over whelming, I enjoy taking a break and smoking the electric cigarette. I eventually would like to quit, but its seems to take off the edge, maybe its a placebo effect? The diet dew gets me going, because I quit drinking the monsters.
What is something besides illicit drugs, that you just cant knock, that if you were able to will help you reach a slightly higher plateau in life/and or bodybuilding.

lol mine is the internet. im addicted. im on every chance i get. every free moment. the woman is getting irritated with it to. so i think maybe ill switch to coffee. so believe it or not, eroids is my biggest vice. when im here its when im free. damn i sound pathetic BWAHHAHAHAHA
When your able to cut that let me know, because while on my 12 hr shift and after shift, im consumed with eroids. My wife is like " why dont you get off the Internet already." To be quite honest eroids, has been a great outlet to purge my mind throughout the day. Its like my new addiction, fck candy crush. Lol
BigBmajYou would be better off drinking a monster or two. No added color and no corn syrup. It's glucose I believe which is fine unless you are trying to restrict carbs. I think you are about to start a bulk so keep the carbs and just factor them in.
I think diet pop is really bad for you.
I've got a lot of bad habits but I think they gave more to do with personality traits than actual consumption. Although my personality leads me to certain patterns of consumption.

Really bro? I cut out the monster, because I though it was worse. Plus it was like 2.50 a can twice a day. But, if you say it should be cut, its a done deal. (at least while on cycle). Why though?? If its diet dew.
BigBmajDiet pop is just terrible for you bro. Take a look on google about aspartame bmetabolism. I think it's pretty poison shit.
Monster is made with glucose so it's burned almost immediately in both the body and brain. Regular pop is fructose which only fills liver glycogen then spills over.
I could be wrong. Carbohydrate consumption is something I'm really thinking about these days. Id say as long as you factor in the carbs it's not all that bad while bulking.
I know it's not bad peri workout.

BigBmajI think you will notice a difference in a couple weeks. In the very least you should feel good that you aren't dumping bottles of poison in your body all day long.
Let me know how it goes brother. Try out that amino energy product for a boost. It's good stuff except the dyes.
Diet Red Bull. I have one every morning (sometimes another when I get to work). Not sure how bad it is for me, but I like it.

I use amino energy by ON. The problem is the fucking dyes in it. I contacted the company and told them to make an all natural version and charge a little more. They didn't seem too interested.
So then I got some Moden BCAA's. They taste great and have no dye. And I added anhydrous caffeine to them. It was good but my stomach got fucked up from the caffeine - it's hard to measure out 175 mg exactly.
So I'm back on the dye laden bullshit but I guess it could be worse. I drink it all day so I have a constant supply of micronized amino acids flowing through.
5 hr energy looks ok. But it doesn't take that craving for a beverage away. I think monster isn't that terrible for you.
My biggest vice I would say is lack of patience and what that does to me. I want to be bigger NOW and it really gets in the way of steady linear progress.

Ice cream... I'm addicted. I friggen love ice cream. It made me a fat kid. I would eat a ton then go to bed. I put in a lot of fat that I'm still working to get rid of.
If I didn't treat myself to it on occasion. At least once a week I'd probably go insane... Might not be the best food choice to get my goals quicker but I'm ok with that. It's a balance between going for what you want, and keeping things that you just have to have before the shakes and the withdrawals kick in lol
I used to have a serious addiction to Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I would literally eat one pint every night while watching TV. After a few years of this, I put on about 30 lbs. Decided to get back exercising and cut down my consumption of B & J. Lost all the weight and now I almost never have any B & J (maybe once every couple of months). I still have a bit of a sweet tooth, but I try to limit my portions and find alternatives.
Have you ever tried froyo or frozen yogurt? The have tons of little frozen yogurt stores here. Where you go in and pick your own flavor and mix them ect. Many toppings like nuts,m&ms,strawberries ect. You can make it as healthy or fattening as you wish. Maybe a alternate option for ya, plus its delicious as heck too.
I thank god the days of fast food and retail stores are over. Ever heard someone say "I think everyone should do time in the service sometime or another in there life." I think everyone should work for Wal-Mart at least once in there life.
