+ 1 My personal experience with an Infection (must read)
Hey bros, a few years back i've got an infection on my biceps, i was young and stupid still living with my parents.. here is the story..
so i was pinning synthol ed on my bis and tris trying to bring up their size, i was successful and my arms were getting huge, one day i woke up in extreme pain, my biceps was warm to the touch, swollen, red, and i was running a fever, not knowing better i took Tylenol and went about my day, i kept taking Tylenol all day for pain and fever, the next day my biceps had a purple spot on it.. it looked like a big bruise, me being stubborn and stupid ignored it and took Tylenol and stayed in bed .. the 3rd day i woke up feeling like a train ran over me then i was like ohh shit im going to the ER now,
so i went to the ER had my bloods drawn and they immediately move me to the operation room.. then i really started to panic like "omfg i hope im not dying" later that day the doc walks in and tells me.." you have an infection as bad as an 80 years old" "you have a chance of dying or loosing your arm." i was in complete shock like wtf did i do to myself... if i loose my arm i can never lift again...then the doc says " we can't use anesthesia, we have to cut your arm open.. hold on to the bed and try not to move" i was like omg this guy is gonna slice me open WITHOUT pain killers or nothing.. i was scared to death.. so the doc cuts about a 1/4 inch on the bottom of my biceps then proceeds to drain out 1 gallon of puss out of it. the puss smelled like rotten flesh, it was by far the most painful, and disgusting experience i had.. i stayed in the hospital for 3 weeks after that taking antibiotics, i couldn't get out of bed for a week.. and i still carry around a scar so i never forget how dumb i was..
Guys its important to use alcohol wipes, clean your handsm, and sterilize gear rubber tops and pin area, i didn't do none of that shit and i almost died.. I wanted to share this story in hopes that no one makes the same mistakes i made. please don't hate on me too much.. i was young at the time and was terrified my parents were going to kick my ass if they found out..

yeah man i was scared i was fucking rotting from the inside, the best case scenario was me walking out of ER w/o my right arm, thank god they drained all that shit out.. i told the doc the truth but it was pretty obvious w/ 24 inches purple pythons lmfao
This is interesting. I am going to ask some questions if you can't answer I understand. Was this home made synthol or a name brand? Also what amounts were you doing daily?
brand name bro, i took 3ml on bis and tris, everyday until i pretty much ran out of pinz and reused thats how i got an infection dirty pins

thanks bro, the best way to prevent something bad from happening to someone is to spread the word and hope that the same mistakes wont be made... it can happen to anyone that get careless... this only happened to me due to my own irresponsibility and i paid for it.. i never blamed synthol for the infection it was purely on my end...if i save only one person then my job here is done..

no. most of it was drained out of my left biceps.. the rest the antibiotic took care of it
You've lived through it. And clearly have learned from it. That's nothing to be ashamed of. And it's good of you to share and scare... others who may be on that same road.
I had the same shit happen due to a spider bite. They tried to shoot me with a local anesthetic but due to there not being any muscles in your fingers it didn't take and I felt everything. That sure was fun.
