question just back in gym from injury after 8 months!I ran 12 weeks test enanthate 500mg week first cycle and ran a 4 week pct. Im 36 had great results i would like to run test prop with anavar and based again on enanthate what are recommended doses? as far as prop and anavar i have all pct in hand and would like to know? thank you

im a easy weight gainer so i have to watch carbs close i cant consume 3-500 grams daily and drop fat i have to load every 14 days then when body fat drops about every third day and its been working i just wanted some info on var and prop i have liver support or cycle support from blacklabs to try out while on cycle!
having blood work done next week and injury was elbow i am getting order together as to use after i have got my diet down to 5-8 meals day all clean eggs/whites chicken salad salmon walnuts gall water day 4000 mg omega day 10,000 iu vitamin d3 evening prim rose oil 2600mg day vitamin c 4000mg all daily ran that last time cardio every day 30 45 min basicly a ketogenic diet got insane results greaat blood pressure and all blood work in check thought that if it isnt broke dont fix it!
RustyhookerI came of broken elbows. Im old though so getting up to par took a long time to get back to it. Grip was sore plus the repair of lost strength.
RustyhookerType of injury should be posted. Sounds dumb however as a dude coming back from injury....var boosts strength tremendously. Watch out for re-injuring.
Prop kicker....strength will come on faster than basic long estered cycle. Raised risk of injury/reinjury.
