Sweet tooth, I love ice cream

So I'm trying to cut a bit before a couple of vacations coming up. But every once in a while I get the urge to walk to the store and pick up some ice cream or cookies or brownies. I just mashed up a couple strawberries and a few cherries with a scoop and a half of chocolate casein powder with milk to help mix it, microwaved for 2 minutes and now it's the fridge. I'm gonna try it in a few minutes here, no idea how it's gonna come out; just kinda seemed like a good idea.

These urges usually come late at night, or shortly after dinner. Any ideas for sweets that are good for you? Packed with protein, low carb, chocolatey? Anything ice cream like? Easy recipes? I did a quick search and came up with a few ideas, but no full ingredients list in the house, ie http://www.health.com/health/recipe/0,,10000001940811,00.html

Use ingredients like almonds, raisins, bitter chocolate, sugar free, and non skimmed milk, honey for sweetening and loads of fruits. There are good for health, tastes amazing and and you will not gain weigh.

Just scrolling back through some older post and saw this. I suggested this in a newer one, but here you go. Mix your favorite protein with a little water. It should be thick. Then freeze it in the freezer. Turns out to be a lot like ice cream. Hope this helps.

I like to put a lot if peeled bananas in the freezer overnight.next morning put one.or two in the blender add vanilla protein, and a bit of milk depending how thicj.u want ur smotthie and it taste.magical lol
