You need to really ratchet that diet up and do lots of cardio. You can make a dramatic change in five weeks but you have to be very strict with no cheating.
The good thing is that you never know who's going to show up.
The bad thing is....you never know who's going to show up. My advise is don't worry about what the scale says or losing a little mass. Its not bodybuilding, its how good you look and how lean you are. Those abs really need to pop. You have enough size now. I saw a recent show on the east coast where a slim but very ripped guy beat out a lot of much bigger guys. Tighten that shit down hardcore and good luck!

Great progress man looking good but i would suggest looking into a show where you can prep for 4 months. Keep killing it

I started for it 5 weeks ago with 5 weeks left.

its hard to tell exactly how lean you are from this pic but i would say you would need 6+ weeks of dieting

Yes i wish i had 6 weeks min but o well will see what i can do.I just want to do this show and feel what its like. Its mens physique not bodybuilding so i dont have to be as lean as a bodybuilder.I am 5-8,180 so i look like i have more fat than someone who is 6+ with same bf%.

I would say if you have a coach already prepping you yes. If not then no. Is it your first show? Kinda getting a lil too late and you should have already been dieting down

btw just doing it mainly for client base.Since i am a personal trainer and i want to advertise myself as npc nationals competitor. So just want to do 1 show.

On stage, it doesn't matter where you started...you think the judges read background on you? No they just see who is the best prepped and if you aren't prepped and look your best why be judged? Honestly you look great man no offense meant in my comments, like you have a great physique, I would just give yourself a lil more time to diet down cause as of right now I don't think you will be ready, speedy prep = lots of muscle lost just remember that

lol man thats not why i said that.U said i should already been dieting down so i just said u dont know where i started.I was out of united states till beginning of July so my diet wasnt that good outside. And i wasnt planning to do a show nor did i knew about it till end of july which my friend told me about. So i thought since i been already on a good diet why not do a show. And i saw good changes this month.Beginning of August i was prob 190 lbs,32 inch waist and today is the 24 so i lost pretty much about 2 inches in waist and 10 lbs.
