+ 10 EBC Update- 3 weeks out

I've been happy with my progress this far and sent my coach some progress pics. I expected him to be surprised at my progress. His response....lift heavier. Haha.
Today was arm day and I usually barbell curl 35s on the Olympic bar. Today I said fuck it and threw on the 45s and knocked out 4 sets of 8. Guess I've been selling myself short.

2.5s?! For arms I only go up by 10s. Everything else I go up by 25s. I haven't touched a 2.5 or 5 lb plate in over a year.

Very true. For me its more of a mental thing. For example, I've been front squatting 285 for 3 sets 8-10 reps. Sure I could add 5-10 lbs and probably do the same reps or I could bump up to 315 and drop my reps for 2-3 weeks.

Hahaha! Great minds think alike! It's funny because I train my wife the same way. She did get pissed at me last week because I flipped when I got to the squat rack and two weight racks where filled with 2.5s! Are you fucking serious? Who in gods name needs around 12-14 2.5 lb plates on the SQUAT RACK!?!??!??!?
