I would like the wife to get out of her low libido funk.
What can I give her to increase it up to where it was.
Without too many sides.

This may be a last resort but I've been running Var on and off for a few months to help with working out but one of it's side effect is that it super boosts my libido. It'll help get her motivated to go to the gym and solves your problem.
Just my 2 cents. My wife used to have libido issues. I started taking note that it was a birth control issue after she stayed off the pill for six months after our second son was born. Ahe had never been one to really initiate before but during this time she had quit abit. She got back on birth control pills and the libido plummeted again. Now if I ask her it was because the grass needed cuttin, the dishes washing, etc. Now that too has an affect but we went the permanent birth control route and in aboit three months Mrs libido was back. This may or may not be your issue but one thing I can attest to after 15 years is that there is a lot going on in a womans mind. And no doubt the mind is what you want to put at ease if anything is going to happen. Also Fifty Shades of Gray. Best damn 15 dollars I ever spent. Be patiemt and understanding it will work out.

The wife really liked that book. And her mood carried over into her actions if you know what I mean.

Bro I'm right here with you, my girl is my age...23.... And her drive is like peaks and valleys( mainly valleies)...I do the same cook clean laundry bills everything I can to make her life easier and still nothing...I start to catch resentments!!! She says I'm not normal for wanting it Ed or eod.... Shit I'd be ok with 3 x a week but 1 every ten days is not cutting it! I'd think something was up if she wasnt always talking about baby's and marriage
you need to get her labs done... you need to know what's driving it.. also, if she has a high stress job and or children she just doesn't feel like it............................

She's always in doc thinking something is wrong. She teads on internet and finds that she has symptoms for everything. Last it was lupus. Bloods only shoed a extreme vitamin D deficiency. Got
50,000 a wk for 6 weeks. HHopefully that will help. Just wish she would stay off internet cause she finds new things wrong daily.
Do you think when they did her bloods testing for a wide array of things it covered her libido problem part of tit.

What labs could we get done for low libido issues for women?
hormone levels and the endocrine system in general can have a huge affect on libido .... too much estrogen .. too little estrogen .. too little test.. hormones out of balance..too much cortisol... any and all of these things can affect libido
