EQ in a Cycle

I've got a question for those of you out there with experience running EQ.
At what point during the cycle (how far into it) would it be advisable to donate blood to keep the RBC count down and avoid the possible side effects from it being to high?
Any advice/opinions are appreciated.

I run eq anywhere from 14-22 weeks and depending on how long I run it I can donate anywhere from 1-2 times. I am about to run 22 weeks of EQ and I will probably donate 3 times... week 8, 16 and 24 (before PCT). @j223, thats a great way to look at it but idk how much blood they really take... maybe a quarter pint.
waltrthanks for the info, i'm planning on staying on it for another 16 weeks or roundabouts so i'll probably go donate in a week or two
or you can do 1 double red cell donation if you dont like needles... lol considering you'd be on AAS
It is recommended to give blood once or twice so maybe every 8 weeks. I would rather get blood work done because that takes blood too and it's good to do blood work anyways.
Niacin and aspirin is wise too, ask zewi on dosages but I do know those help thin the blood out.
