Love test hate the water gain HELP
Im 52 yrs young. Before discovering eroids I had very limited knowledge and in the past 5 years ran about three to four basically test only cycles. Makes me big but puffy looking. I'm 6'1 230 so no one would call me fat, lol but in the mirror I am definitely puffy. Now becoming a student and doing my research. I am doing cardio (30 min) daily and eating clean. About to start a cycle of test cyp 250 and masteron e 200. I read that the mast should counter any water from the test (Y/N?) but what can I add to reduce the water and man boobs that are already there? My workouts are high reps, moderate weight. (time under tension) 4 days a week two hours a day. I know props are a better shorter esther but to be honest pinning every other day is not an option for me. So I am planning twice a week of 1cc each so basically 500 cyp and 400 mast weekly. In week 3 I will add tren e same dose and times. What else has anyone had success with that will not have me sweating and shaking while i sit in the office. P.S. I have tried winny in the past but it made my joints to sore by end of second week. Very uncomfortable and painful. Thank you in advance for any help.

1 nutrition 2 adex 3 dandelion root 4 cyp is big on water retention period prob the worst i dont use nothing but prope . Most people think they know something bout diet and nutrition iam always doin research and learning i c dudes that think they look good n are a big watery mess n most of it is knowledge of what u put in your mouth n wat time. I would track ur diet n give it to some one kwowledgable n let them disect wat u put in ur mouth bc we are what we eat period . Ther is no way past nutrition no amt of training or gear will change that .
run the masteron with the test for this cycle only dont add the tren in now. wait till later. see how the mast works for you. its one of my favorites, keeps the water off, estrogen off and hardens you up nice
I run .25 mgs adex ed and water retention is nearly nonexistent for me
Darron614You need to run an ai with test. Aromasin or arimidex most likely.
I had same issue my first 2 cycles. Test e 300/ 2xwk. I made the mistake of continuing to supplementing Creatine. Looked like someone stuck a bicycle pump in my ass and aired me up. water weight was crazy. Weight went away fairly quickly on PCT (Nolva). Last cycle ran Aromasin .25.eod and stayed off the creatine. got itchy nipples 1/2 way through. ran .5 aromasin eod til the end. water weight was 1/4 of previous 2 cycles.
watch the sodium, creatine (even in pre-workout mixes), and use AI. Good PCT and allow receptors to open up.
great advice, thank u sir.
AnonAre you using an AI?
What's your sodium intake like on your diet?
If you're using test without an AI, there's problem #1 and an even larger red flag as to a complete lack of cycle knowledge. Which AI are you using?
Rethink about using that tren. If you have only ran 3-4 test cycles, tren is a whole another ballgame that you may not be ready for. Are you familiar with prolactin and how to control it? You'll have more than just estrogen to deal with.
and of course thank you for the response..
ran 8 weeks of tren last cycle, one to 1,25 cc per week. Shit was definitely beastly. Made me real strong. sweaty. The dreams were crazy and that 5 minute cough was bananas. But it did harden me up. Would never consider that stuff long term but I though adding a c a week would be ok?
VewiWhat AI are you taking? Arimdex or Aromasin?
if your not taking one you need to take one.
Arimdex will help block estor and help with drying you out.
Start at .25mg EOD see how you feel and you can up it to .5mg ED if you would like.
Heard good things about Arimidex. It wont be to much with masteron? Also considered letrazole but read that can cause complete estro shut down in some people? Thank u for feed back
VewiNo just take it low like .25mg EOD or even E3D to start you can always adjust it. never go more than .5mg ED thought unless your having some problems but if your having those problems you would be in here posting.
great advice.. just one of the many reasons I appreciate this site and its members.. Thank you!
