Currently bulking but trying to do it clean as I can I've gained a bit of fat that I'm trying to get rid of, my diet is 3600 calories 300g carbs 350 protein and 110 grams of fat. Should I drop the carbs down to 250 and up the fat some?

How many calories do you burn? 110 grams of fat - isn't it too much?

As long as you're in a caloric surplus, you most likely will still be putting on fat. Best way to put on minimal fat would be only take in a minimal amount of calories above your maintenance. Idk what your maintenance is, but you seem set on 3600 cals.
I'd recommend doing a 3 day carb cycle split if you are trying to keep fat gains minimal. Have a high, medium and low day. Keep protein the same, and of course bring carbs and fats up and down.
I personally prefer running and swimming. Both these exercises not only have have several health benefits, but they are fun to perform as well.

valhallas bestnice like instead of carbs? whats your macros looking like?
Yeah, they are listed up above
I'm gonna try adding in more fat to keep the calories up and see how that works out
valhallas bestDamm!! see dude you already know the answer to the question just lower the carbs and not the protein
Very intense 6 days a week 30 minutes of cardio after workout. For my contest diet I was at 3200 and got down to around 6% that was also 250g of carbs

i think you can take a better accurate one at places idk where but you should figure out your BMR and only go 200-300 above that every day. That's a montrous amount of cals and food to take in, whats your routine like?
5'7 200 pounds around 11-13% I have a decently quick metabolism right now
