need serious help with my chest, gyno
ad
I am running growth hormone only now 3 iu daily, 5 on 2 off. permanent, after my last AAs cycle 6 months ago I ran HCG and some gyno flared up. it went away a little, I have always had a big chest naturally. lately I have been happy with my body taking HGH alone, however my chest is flabby, it is a few things, genetics , a flare up from my last cycle, and possibly the Growth hormone I am taking I wouldn't think so on 3 iu a day though. Should I run some an AI or a Serm while on the HGH? I did see gyno as a GH side effect but didn't see anything about a Serm or Ai for GH. Should I run Armidex? I was considering Gynexin but was unsure. Please tell me what to do, Thank you!

WithdrawlHGH can activate prolactin receptors. It does NOT increase prolactin but there's something about HGH that shares a similiar structure and can cause prolactin receptors to activate giving you prolactin side effect symptoms (like puffy nips) but it's not actually related to prolactin. When I first started HGH I believe this happened to me because my nipples became sore and puffy when I started HGH. This is what got me started on researching HGH and gyno side effects. My sypmptoms eventually went away after 2-3 weeks. Nothing I used helped it (prami, letro and aromasin). This could be your problem. If it is I wouldn't worry about it but just to be safe I'd run an AI in case your estrogen levels are elevated. The best thing you could do is get blood work done to see where your levels are at.
Ok so rite now get estrogen blood work done to see where I'm at?
And yes this is mostly natural gyno and alittle bit of side effect
No lumps guys this is soft fatty tissue I only do low weight high rep workouts with cardio daily.
do you have lumps under your nipples?? if not it maybe be just excess fat etc, start doing more reps at a lower weight burn that shit!!
No lumps sir just puffy nipples and soft tissue
WeatherwedAre you suggesting that high reps low weight will burn the fat on his chest?
No you cannot spot reduce fat you only lose fat as a percentage but you can build your chest bigger and help hide that fat though
yes on his chest excersizes it will!! as in if hes doing heavy sets of bench press slowly he will still retain fat, switch it up a bit to fast intense excersizes like cables etc of course he can lean up some puppy fat around his chest?????????? I don't understand your question mate?????
WeatherwedYikes! That's what I thought you meant. Bro- You gotta crack open a book. Fat is burned systemically not in individual areas based on exercise. Chest movements will do nothing to burn fat on his chest, fat would need to be lost all around by consuming fewer calories.
Never mind you already know

Really?? You give me a thumbs down because I agreed with someone who is going against you, that's so petty. Listen to the guy, he is right. And as for your comment about doing sit ups to get rid of stomach fat, smh. This is all basic stuff, if you don't believe me.. go ask a sports physiologist.
WeatherwedI fixed your karma by upping you one. I dont suffer fools so ill be moving on from this thread- I encourage you to do the same. This guys either trolling or hes not that bright and doing the best he can with his level of awareness.
your a troll buddy, would you like me to copy and paste the definition of troll for you???
Actually some of what revenge was saying was correct. You are right fat does not burn individual spots, but systemically.
But low weight high rep can give the muscle a leaner thinner more defined look. To show definition and striations more. So in a way his suggestion could be helpful because working at developing a leaner harder chest could help give a better look and hopefully make the gyno less obvious.
WeatherwedWe aren't in striation territory here. We are in slab of fat+ gyno territory. Changing the muscle underneath will do zilch to improve this.
Gotcha
hmm well I geuss everyone is different bro, my mate had fat around his chest area like under the armpit area and just general unfirmness around his peck area, he changed up his chest routine to high intensity low weight high reps, he burned the fat rite of his chest, its now solid and firm and it doesn't jiggle if that makes sense, what your saying I do agree with but what your saying is not %100 accurate, are you saying if someone with a gut decides to start doing 1000 sit ups a day isn't going to burn the fat rite of there abdominal?? of course it will!!!
Wrong but ur ab muscles will get bigger and their will be some improvement for looks wise
WeatherwedWe are talking basic human psyiology.
"It turns out that there are a few basic physiological reasons why targeted fat loss does not work. The fat contained in fat cells exists in a form known as triglycerides. Muscle cells, however, cannot directly use triglycerides as fuel; it would be analogous to trying to run a car on crude oil. Instead, the fat must be broken down into glycerol and free fatty acids, which then enter the bloodstream. As a result, the fat broken down to be used as fuel during prolonged exercise can come from anywhere in your body, not just the part that is being worked the most. "

dude, you can copy and paste what ever you like, ive seen it first hand with my training partner, everybody is different!!! you dont understand what im trying to say!!! you see i only share info from real life experience, i dont comment unless ive seen it myself, i dont copy and paste articles, also if i could be bothered i could go find hundreds of articles stating the opposite of what you pasted!!all good mate not having a go, but like i said ive actually seen it first hand, not just read it somewhere
WeatherwedI hesitated to correct you in the first place. I figured someone ignorant enough to believe something so fundamentally wrong was beyond help. Which happens to be the case apparently.
Well said.
WeatherwedFind me one article. Just one.
WeatherwedI doesnt sound like you're currently experiencing gyno symptoms. Ive seen a lot guys with natural gyno and gyno related fat deposit. You can treat natural gyno and the fat deposits will remain even at very low bf.
Ok so I just need to live with my chest it sounds like.
