+ 7 First EBC Update pic- one week on extremis anabolics, feeling great

This is my first EBC update and I'm feeling great. Switched to Extremis Anabolics oils last week and I'm absolutely loving them. I'm not going to detail what I'm running just yet but these oils are great. The pump I'm getting in the gym is insane! The best part is that I'm shedding fat and putting on muscle by the day. My diet is pretty insane and we all know (or you should know) that diet always plays the most important part but the gear from extremis is certainly doing its part!

Lots of test, EQ, and deca. Working with a strict diet. I recently lost almost 30 lbs but I've held onto most of my mass.

Thanks Ifit! I'm actually pretty happy with my arm size compared to everything else. I've been focusing on my shoulders and legs recently. Trying to get those things massive! Haha
