I know this isn't much for a lot of people but I'm pretty pumped. This was my last compound movement, after 5 sets of squats and 4 sets of stiff leg deads so I was excited to still be able to push that. Especially since today was the first time I have done stiff deads and I hit 365 on those. I'm going to be hurting tomorrow!

God how I hate all those machines (Hammer Strength, leg press, etc). They hog the damn plates. Nice job on the dead lifts, though.
Thanks man! Leg press is the only machine I use and I'm not a big fan. Which is why I leave it for the end. I'm a strong believer in free weights and compound movements.
Me too. With that impressive dead lift. How much do you squat?
Haven't tried maxing since I started working out again about 1.5 yrs ago but the most I do now is 425 for 4-6 reps depending on how I feel and whether or not I have a good spotter:)
