Carbnite diet?

Anybody ever try this? I started the 10 day re calibration period Monday and I am feeling so depleted it's not even funny. I am getting serious cravings and can not wait till Wednesday nite to carb up! Anyway if anybody has any experience wat wer ur results with strength, fat loss, all that good stuff

its a cyclical keto diet. they work. IMO lyle mcdonald's ultimate diet 2.0 is superior and better laid out.

TropicanaJuiceYou wanna keep the carbs very low fat to no fat untill the end of the night. That way your insulin will be normalized before the fat gets used. So stick to like froyo and breads pastries and stuff the first half then later in the night you can have fatty stuff

Looks like carb loading... something that is done quite often actually. Usually people only do 3 low carb days, 1 high carb day (called a refeed day). Wash rinse repeat. Its the same concept, but it doesn't make you suffer for 10 days at a time.
I call BS on the carb source being donuts for him to realize this by the way.
