Where did she fire the gun? Because if the warning shots were shot in the husbands direction then it could easily have been attempted murder, whereas if the shots were in the ceiling then its obvious she was firing warning shots and she wouldn't even be in court.

No offense to my US bro's but the laws in the US are fuked up. Probably 5 year for the gun possession, and another year for letting shots off in UK.
I know the law on weed in the US has changed, but ive got some old copies of redeye magazine and theres stories of people getting 20 year for selling weed!! Not to mention the fact they take their homes,cars and anything else of value.
If I'd of been born in US id still be in jail for all the shit I did when young!!
