Keep up the good work!! I have been struggling with my waistline and chest fat also. I understand what you mean!! I was 6'3" 265 at one point, Now Im down to 200. Still have some fat to lose but I hope my weight goes up from the muscle!!

I have started 15 min on the elliptical after weights everyday and am gonna work up to 30 min. im gonna get that shit gone!! Thx bro!

LOL! I took your advice and started tanning again. I really need to hit the cardio and lean out! And you can say it I know you have it in you to be brutally honest.. But I for sure look better when im on the gear!

My starting weight around three years ago in that before pic was 273lbs I dropped if I remember right to 176lbs but was to thin.. I'm at 210lbs as of now. On cycle I stayed at around 220lbs I really want to give some HGH a shot on my next cycle just hesitant to jump in and buy it cause I have no idea who is legit and who is not and not sure what the results would be and how many iu to use per day? I've been told that it would really make a difference?
