How to control hunger will running EQ

I'm running a 22 week cycle right now and my diet has been pretty good I'm eating plenty greens. On a strict Fish Diet Salmon, tuna, Talapia, Crap legs and Shrimp. Mostly enjoy Veggies with Salmon or Talapia. Lately I've noticed late night cravings and at first I ignored but I have found myself eating leftovers. My cravings seem to be getting more intense and I know its mental but I was wondering what others eat to curb the late night cravings. Thank you guys in advance

I buy that generic orange flavored fiber powder from walmart and I drink three of those a day, so im never hungry but it allows me to stay to my diet when trying to eat clean. ( I got this info from an anorexic documentary on tv lol) I eat 3500 cals a day but if a person can drink just this and not eat I figured it would work for me which it has.haha you should try it! Fiber keeps you full bro

I've tried a few suggestions from here lately I've been leaning towards Kasi's advice I make about half a head of lettuce then eat it a bowl at a time its helped me so far. I love nuts (no homo) but I found myself eating more than I should instead I eat then mid day which have helped as well. Thanks guys for the advice

If you absolutely cannot exceed your caloric intake of the day, then eat items that have practically no caloric value. Nuts are high in calories, so if you're constantly snacking on them it might work against your favor. Pick something you can literally eat bucket-sized portions of and it won't make you gain any excess weight. I'm only assuming that based on the foods and predicament you posted, you are trying not to gain any excess fat. So try something a lettuce and celery and radish salad. And instead of dressing, just squeeze some lemon and salt and pepper on top. This is how the Chileans and Spaniards eat their salad by the way, is with lemon and salt and pepper.

Not a fan of lemon but the salt and pepper is very good. The issue I'm running into is that I'm trying to lean bulk which is new for me I've always bulked then cut weight at first it worked fine but lately I've been feeling lethargic. I'm actually going to post a new thread requesting help with my diet.sassfor the cravings they are still tthere but I did buy mixed nuts and even tried drinking a slim fast shake around 8-9 to help suppress the craving.

Try popcorn for a snack. Not the butter but just plain ol popcorn. Might be a low cal snack to help you maintain until your next meal.

Carry a little bag of mixed nuts in your pocket,get some onken,protein shots to keep snacking on.
And if yout cutting just gonna afta be steel will lol

It's the truth man. I'm not suggesting you start dipping. Trust me....don't. This shit is impossible to quit. But it is the only thing that keeps me from eating everything in sight at night.

Personally I stay away from all carbs at night. If I have to eat anything, I always turn to cottage cheese. If you are starving you can slice a tomato and put cottage cheese on the slices.

Cottage cheese sounds good what do you think of Greek yogurt
